My sandwich was good, the tiny potato salad was just ok. The service was excellent. I am only giving the deili 3 stars because the cost for the entire lunch was $20, It included a large tea, sandwich and tiny potato salad cup. I will probably not return because of the prices, not because of the food or service.

Great food. Customer service was amazing. The cook or manager, not sure what his title was, he was great in fixing my food to my preference and offering compensation when it wasn't even his fault that I like my bacon crispier than most.

I've visited this location a dozen times in the last 6 months. Generally they are great but recently I have had issues with them not putting my order out at the carryout shelves. Today I arrived after ordering in the app. Nothing was on the shelves, another customer was waiting, and so I stepped to the side. An employee was cleaning the counter in the carryout area and she smiled at me but never said anything to me so I assumed no orders were ready. I took a seat and waited. After my order ready time had passed by 5 min I went to the counter just as an employee brought out three orders. She called out the names; none of those people were present. She then asked my name and I told her. She reached back to a hidden set of shelves and retrieved my order which had apparently been sitting there the entire time since before I arrived. Disappointing.

I ordered delivery through the McAlister’s app, and it was canceled by the store just a little over 90 minutes later. I never received a refund even though the manager, through email, said it had been done the next day. It is more than 12 days now, and I never received a response to my email reply to the manager that said I did NOT receive a refund. This manager needs to be fired ASAP. Their name is Mayzie Payeur.
This store is in terrible condition. The service truck the counter is poor. The ice was empty at the beginning of lunch. The mens restroom was a mess. The soap dispenser broken.

We love to stop in and get something yummy while we are running errands but it is always so hard to choose.
I had a meeting scheduled on my lunch today, so I ordered delivery from McAlister's Deli, that way I could have something quick to eat before. 1150A-Order says delivered, but never came. I called Mcalisters and they use a third party, so it was a difficult situation to navigate. By 1215, a lady called me and ultimately whatever delivery driver that picked it up had failed, so she sent one of her OWN employees down to deliver a fresh meal with an added bonus. She didn't know that I had a meeting scheduled and that 12-1 window was all I had to get something to eat. She also didn't know that I was getting usedtia new work schedule and had missed breakfast that morning. I wish I would have got her name, because she ultimately saved the day! A fed nurse is always better than a hungry nurse😂 Thanks so much for excellent customer service💓

Had there Chili today do not recommend. Either remove or improve the recipe. Like add beans & onion. What I had goes on Chili dogs.
