I've visited this location a dozen times in the last 6 months. Generally they are great but recently I have had issues with them not putting my order out at the carryout shelves. Today I arrived after ordering in the app. Nothing was on the shelves, another customer was waiting, and so I stepped to the side. An employee was cleaning the counter in the carryout area and she smiled at me but never said anything to me so I assumed no orders were ready. I took a seat and waited....

I had a meeting scheduled on my lunch today, so I ordered delivery from McAlister's Deli, that way I could have something quick to eat before.
1150A-Order says delivered, but never came.
I called Mcalisters and they use a third party, so it was a difficult situation to navigate.

Food wasn't as good as usual. The baked potato had a weird taste. Soup was running. Not thick like they're normal broccoli and cheese soup. The floor was so sticky everywhere. Your shoes stuck to it. The tables were dirty.
But the help was friendly. It took forever to get orders out and that's not like them.
