I always use the mobile app. When the weather is bad I use the drive thru but mostly I like the curbside service. I find everyone to be friendly and it's a pleasant experience. I especially want to give a shout out to CHRISTY. She is ALWAYS upbeat, has a little something to say and is good at her job. She is what customer service should look like. 601 N. Belt McDonald's is LUCKY to have her!

Ordered ahead online and when I arrived I was told that theyre not taking anymore orders and refused to make my food even though i had already ordered and paid. Employee was rude and lazy. All i had ordered was a burger and a fry it wouldve taken 2 minutes to make that.
