I always use the mobile app. When the weather is bad I use the drive thru but mostly I like the curbside service. I find everyone to be friendly and it's a pleasant experience. I especially want to give a shout out to CHRISTY. She is ALWAYS upbeat, has a little something to say and is good at her job. She is what customer service should look like. 601 N. Belt McDonald's is LUCKY to have her!

Tonight was ridiculous! The food was good, once I finally got it. The manager said they do first in, first out. They do not! Drive thru gets priority. My dine in order took 25 minutes from the time I placed it. Mid Belt location.

I like the food but service can use some work. Waited a long time in drive thru me and a bunch of hungry customers behind me waiting on the food for long time. I understand it could be very busy for the employees there for orders but it just seemed like they were not moving fast enough.
