I will be the first one to admit I don't always have good things to say about this McDonald's. Although I would like to talk to about my visit today. I placed an online order sometimes it takes a while so I chose pick up any spot. Once I got there it did not take long to get my order which impressed me very much. The lady who brought it out in the cold to me I did not get her name and I wish I would have. She walked with a sense of urgency although carefully it is a busy parking lot. She was very friendly and polite. It was today about 2:18 or 2:20 p.m. also I want to acknowledge the cook my sandwich while full was not overfilled which was definitely nice because it did not make a mess on my lap I appreciate that so kudos to the Cook. Whoever was on fries my fries were full pleasant change from half full so kudos to the fry person. Kudos to the lady who brought it out and I apologize I did not get your name or I definitely would have given you a shout out. I do like to give credit where credit is due and today I had speedy service good service and good food.

Did Mobile order around 11:30 at night made a stop off the interstate. Drive thru was the only way to pick up order. No one ever came to the drive thru speaker. Pulled around and was visibly seen by workers. No one came to the window. Called and someone actually answered the phone said they were changing shifts and to pull up. I specifically asked which window. After sitting again for a while and no one coming to the window we left and I called and told them to cancel order and refund money. I was told we were at the wrong window and they saw us but didn’t bring us our food bc apparently we were at the wrong window. We would have to come back to get a refund. No fast food here or even slow food. Just no food. Wish I had read the terrible and well deserved reviews before stopping.

Somebody needs to get their sheit together. 40 minutes in line. Barely warm food. Bottom bun was like a cracker. So disappointing. Corporate would shut you down if they experienced what I just did.

Slow and shitty service! Sat in drive thru for well over 10 mins and never got anyone to help us and i even said hello a few times in speaker and nothing! Quality of service has taken a large downward turn as of late. Wont be back!

I doordashed breakfast. I ordered and paid for 3 items and only received 2. The bag was sealed so McDonald's is responsible for leaving the item out. When I called McDonald's, the person who answered never offered to right their mistake and when I asked she refused. And she hung up on me.
Forgot my bottom bun on my burger but it was funny as hell. 5 stars

The food was horrible. Spent almost 40 bucks for 5 people. Fries were cold. Spicy Chicken didn't look good at all, so I tossed it. Chicken nuggets were old. My sons 5 dollar meal only had 1 patty, and his drink was a small.
