Poor service, took for ever to get your food ordered. Food cold, this is with only 4 cars in line. When I work at McDonald's, less then 60 seconds each ordered made and delivered. And the lines had 10 cars or more in line, not counting the walk ins. ?

I visit mcdonald's every day in every part of Kansas city, And they could learn a thing or 2 From this McDonald's in Saint Joseph Missouri, the kitchen is run efficient. The restaurant is clean they're lines move fast. People in the fast food industry are not thanked enough thank you mcdonald's.

Waiting in spot #3 for online order for over 30 minutes. Went inside twice when I went in the second time they said their coke machine was down and gave me lg frozen coke in place of my large cokes that was a medium at best! Didn't offer any kind of compensation for my ridiculously long wait and poor service. This is not the first time I've had less than sub part service at this location.

Over priced 3.00 for a small fry!! They pay high wages to employees who don’t even take your orders. They want the computer to take the order and huff about having to help you. The McDonald brothers were right take the people out and corporate is the main vain everything suffered!

Terrible service . I asked if I could order a 4 A mc chicken sandwich and she said what the hell is a 4 A then she was rude af. it was 9 :20 PM on thursday 12/7/2023 . I didn't see a name tag or I would of put her name on here . Shes a older lady probably in her 50s. And on top of all that they fd up my sandwich and I had to come back and wait in line for 10 min just to get the food I ordered 20 min ago . Fn unreal fr . And they want a raise lmao . Get some robots in here already so we dont have to pay for tweakers to f up are food and waste are time .

Terrible service I just left. They had no one in drive thru and the asked me to wait for about 3 minutes and then when asked what drink I wanted I asked for a mocha frappe and she rudely asked me what size and before I could even answer she said very aggressively what size drink. Then as we pulled away she called me a rude name.

This mcdonalds location is straight up wack! Took forever for my order to come out, didn't even get it right, place is dirty and unprofessional. Drive through is a joke! Drove through line filled up fast, took forever for cars to get they're order and boxed in my car along with 5 others. Hard to mess up at McDonald's but this place somehow did that.

I just came from there. Always have to pull forward and wait. I work downtown so I drive all the way back to work and bite into my quarter pounder and the damn thing is raw. I'm so sick of the service at this place. Not to mention raw hamburger can be dangerous. And of course I don't have time to return it.
