Horrible experience tried the drive through no one took my order but were taking orders in the other lane that came after me. Then went inside no one took my order, saw one old man walk out cause no one took his order. So after being forced to use the kiosk that has no receipt paper I finally get my food the manager was the one to give me my food but no cup I had to ask 3 times to get a cup even though I know she herd the first time one of the other employees gave me my cup.

Ice cream tastes strange. Only one size. +$7.00 for 3 ice cream cones & one of these was for the dog. Won't be back for pup cups. That's ridiculous.

Ordered from the app. Got there at 10 til 6. Lady inside looked at clock and said i cant help you til 6. Waited in line. Someone finally came over intercomm at 6:07. Pulled around to window and waited another 15 minutes to get our order. Since when did McDonald lake ave start opening at 6. Was a horrible experience that i wont be making again in a the near future.

You walk in and it smells highly of dirty grease like their fryers hadn’t been changed in years. So much you could smell it outside. It gets worse when you walk in. Facility is so dirty especially the restrooms. Paper all over the floor. Pee marks on the walls and stall dividers. For some reason there was even a pillow stuffing in there as well. I wouldn’t eat there for free. Mcd’s needs to audit this place and maybe the health dept
