This place is supposed to be open 24 hrs and every day for a week now they are not open or they are not taking orders at 5 am. The employees are just setting around outside smoking or in there cars. If this place is not open at 5 am then it should be changed on the Web site and on the doors. And should not be lit up on the menu screen like they are taking orders because they are not. I have set there for 3 minutes every day that is enough time for someone to say something and yet I along with others are ignored until we drive off. This place really needs to be looked at if they are going to be open @5 am then they should be taking orders not setting around.

This McDonalds sucks. There are rarely open in the morning when they are supposed to be and certainly not open all night like this site says. There are factories here that work all night and would come for lunch if anyone cared enough to do what you say. I saw 6 cars in 10 minutes drive away because no one bothered to serve when they say they would.Parking: Plenty if parking cause they aren't
For the love of God let them have more staff at night. 3 people isnt enough to run a store at dinner time. And this isnt a weird scheduling thing or an accident. Its consistently like that for the dinner rush. I dont know if it's management or the owners but either way just take the extra 45$ hit to payroll. It's an actual disgrace and I'm gonna stop coming, not because it's bad but because I feel for the employees.

This McDonalds has some serious management issues. Placed order, but extra drinks were added. When asking the lady at the window, she was irritated and didn't listen to us. Instead just shutting the window and calling for the manager. After the manager reviewed the order with a very condescending attitude some extra drinks were removed. After a long wait food was delivered. This store needs to slow down and do it right instead of wrong fast. Give the ladies at the window time to take the order. Also, when repeating the order, slow down.
