Placed a simple order of two apple pies on my 30 minutes lunch break. That's it. The manager informs me after I paid that it will be a 12 minute wait! If I would've known that, I wouldn't have placed the order. I don't even like McDonald's "food"

Richard front counter person is rude my food was burnt and wanted 3 day old sandwiches back brought them and I order a mocha frappe with 3 shots of Expresso and Expresso was up and running was told I could get a refund or come back to get another and he ridley told me I couldn't have it

Be ready to wait in the drive thru for 10+ minutes even at off peak times and you're the only car in line. This place needs to learn what fast food culture is about! FFS!

This is the slowest McDonalds. It is close to my work and I've ordered a few times. Every single time I have to wait 15 plus minutes to even talk to someone at the drive thru. I have given at least a month between each visit. It still hasn't changed.
This last visit I waiting in the drive through for over 30 minutes to get my food.

For 1. There reserves on salt with there ? is refreshing. To many Mic D's add too much salt to cover up unmaintained fries. Personally I like being able to taste my so called French fries. ( I'm not being sarcastic by saying this). 2. Even though they're drive thought is quite busy. I really appreciate that they. I mean the people working here help walk in customers as quickly as they do the drive through. (Corp should compensate the workers here even though you won't. I've read past reviews and this place is awesome compared to. Well any other Mic Donald's across the country. To be fair. That I know of. I will definitely say that the workers here do a exemplary job. JMO.

Multiple times this store stops taking orders 20 mins before they close (drive thru)
The slowest service I have ever experienced. Placed an order at 7pm. Took over 30 minutes and there were hardly any customers. Won’t be returning that’s for sure
