I seldom come to Olive Garden. After my previous experience I will have to make it there more often. The food was delicious, the portions were good sized, the service was beyond amazing, the atmosphere was pleasant.

You have got to get a spot for couples and a spot for children. Some of us come in wanting to relax without children and grandchildren and you keep putting us all together. It's stopping some of us from coming out and eating.

I celebrated my birthday there on January 11th, and I have never experienced such poor service regarding food. I ordered the Tour of Italy, but unfortunately, both the chicken parmesan and lasagna were overcooked and burnt. Additionally, there was barely any Alfredo sauce on the pasta. My daughters were served grapes that had black mold on them. The next day, I ended up getting food poisoning, which resulted in an upset stomach that lasted for over a week.

Given that this is typically a very expensive restaurant for a special occasion, I was extremely disappointed, especially since this has always been my favorite place to celebrate my birthdays. However, I want to mention that my server was incredibly nice and welcoming. I felt bad for them, as the issues in the kitchen were not their fault. I hope there will be better oversight or staff in the kitchen who are more educated about food quality and expectations. After this experience, it will be a long time before I return, as being sick for over a week was truly terrible.

We had to wait quite a long time for our food. We didn't complain (we would never) but the waitress took it upon herself to send the manager out to apologize. The waitress and manager went above and beyond to make it right. They were amazing and we have never had that type of treatment. So thank you for the wonderful experience. I wish I could remember their names because I would give them recognition.

The manager she was absolutely horrible she didn't care what I had to say she didn't listen and their food is nasty and microwaved the service was horrible
