Team always seems stressed. Order through app and get the notification food is done and ready for pick up, but arrive and not done. Sit and wait 5 to 10 mins for whatever they have run out of and was not ready for my order. Third time in a row. Kids favorite food place so will keep coming until the food starts to suck.

8:49 going up there for food and they’re already ccloaijf and won’t open the doors. You don’t close until 9:30 ? I get you’re trying to go home, but stay open till you’re supposed to.

Online orders a total disaster! Wrong food items, small portions, and/or missing something most of the time…E.g. utensils, sauce, or food substituted. Drove to store to pick correct items on multiple times despite the fact of paying an extra delivery charge to get wrong food item(s) delivered. I get to the store with proof and told “I don’t know what happened”. Ridiculous…Not ordering Panda from this location anymore.

With what seemed 20 employees working in this small restaurant it seemed they all where high-school kids not knowing what to do, or just chating with each other.

That's not what was bad....

This was my first time back in years, the last time I got food poisoning. Like most people get 2nd chances, I gave in...

Guess what, it happened again. I'm very healthy person, rarely sick. But yet I was deathly sick immediately after for about 24hrs. Weird ?

If you want to get sick. This is the place.
