I had place an order for delivery and it never showed up. They been giving me a run around for a month on the refund after they said I will be receiving one. Still no refund. This place is a joke.

40 minute wait. Was craving crab rangoon. Apparently didn't get those either which was aggravating ruined my dinner. ForThe second time.Triple plate. Beijing beef tastes like ketchup and orange. Unpolatable. Teriyaki chicken I put a fork in one piece I drag six pieces behind it biting into skin and tendon spent one out the window. thinking just one piece it was the whole box. Slimy and nasty.$20 bill ruined my night and I still didn't get to eat had to go to Taco hell. The franchises has been suck down there with it. I travel from here to Manhattan sucks. Disgrace no Chinese flavor you need to pull your that name out of there.

Panda Express here is a better option for meals if you want vegetables. Low fat is always a problem, but the beef & broccoli is a good option. I can't help but like the orange chicken & honey walnut shrimp. You can ask for steamed white or brown rice to reduce fat more, instead of getting the fried rice.The restaurant is clean. It's a busy place but they do a good job keeping it moving.

Terrible service. Employees yell at customers and cuss under their breaths. Food was watery and we found a bone and artery in our chicken. Rachel is terrible to her coworkers and the customers and should be fired on the spot!

Stopped here at 8:30 p.m. Saturday night The staff was pretty much closing the store down one and a half hours early. All the chairs were up on the tables there was hardly any food left and they were put out when I requested an entree that was not out. Ended up having to take a double order of the same thing just to get a meal.

I was just there getting lunch Togo with my brother and we had the rudest employee named rosy checking us out and they also gave me tiny portions compared to what I have gotten in the past when I got to the checkout I handed her my giftcard and then she rolled her eyes and said "another one of these" sounding annoyed she then proceeded to laugh and talk in another language to her coworkers overall very bad service and the counters and tables were dirty but I love the food there so it gets 1 star

We like Panda's food but, the service lacks everything. Tonight we placed our orders in the St. Joseph, MO restaurant #1037 and my wife and I ordered String Bean chicken and Sweet Fire chicken our favorites. They didn't have these items up so they called out to the cooks for these items and said order waiting. They dished up the items they had ready, setting them aside on the counter, while we waited. I then paid for the food, the cashier handed me the receipt and turned away saying nothing, showing zero gratitude for my purchase. 14 minutes later as per the time stamp on the receipt we were still waiting for the SB chicken. The SF chicken was ready pretty quick and was nearly gone again when finally the SB chicken was ready. My patience was completely gone and I politely requested they start over with our order as the original order was now cold. I didn't feel that my request was unreasonable, as I paid full price for hot food. They then short dipped the food items we were waiting on and we got about 1/2 the amount that we normally get. Our daughter got the broccoli beef and there was NO beef as all in the serving. We were offered no apology for the lost time or inconvenience. This is not the first time this has happened to us at this facility. I wont be back for a long time! They need to start over with their staff.
