Don’t get me wrong. I love the food. I love the atmosphere but when you find a hair or three in your sandwich after you’re almost done eating the sandwich, kind of makes it not worth it. But the manager, she gave us a refund and gave us a pastry. She was very nice.

“um…fast it was fast and when i got there, the food was ready for me to eat. the new steak bagel thing was delicious and flavorful, especially with the addition of zesty peppers. the only downside was it was not heated, but other than that, it was a delicious and novel product. secondly, i reviewed the salad , the southwest chicken salad. it looks amazing and i tried a piece and it was up to my expectations. Panera at st. joespeh pleased me today. the staff were tolerable today and um… assisted me with my needs. finally, the side of bread that i received was an end piece, which is always the best part of the baguette to revive. also—no moreover say moreover—-, i was able to get a water without having to ask because conveniently set out the large cups for me to fill up. the water filling station was streamlined and clean. the water tastes fresh and i enjoy drinking panera water. i hope the Panera employees have a great day today and also get a $10 raise per day. anyways, this is [RETRACTED] signing off” - [Name protected] Valued Customer 2025

I’ll start by saying that ALL Paneras have gone downhill so much that I don’t even eat there if there are any other options, so my expectations were far from high. We were traveling and stopped here and somehow they actually managed to lower the bar even more! It was three o’clock in the afternoon and they were out of baguettes but they don’t tell you that until AFTER you have ordered and paid. Then they just put the order up with no baguette. When we asked she simply said, “We’re out of baguettes. You can have a bag of chips.” The salad I ordered had no feta cheese on it, although it was supposed to. Poorly staffed and dirty feeling. Never again.

Ordered food on a busy day while they are short staffed. Had few issues and called and spoke to manager Crystal who is very personable. She helped rectify our issues in a kind manner even with the stress of them being short staffed. Thank you Crystal.

Ordered 3 bacon Mac and cheese, 2 broccoli cheddar soups. After a long wait for an empty store we received 3 normal Mac and cheese and 1 broccoli cheddar soup. just go to McAlister's, much better service, similar food, same area

The girl at the counter was so rude and hateful. If she was so unhappy, why was she there? Definitely not someone who should be in customer service. When we got our orders, they were not complete. When asked for the missing sides, the kid wanted to know if wanted our bread on a plate. How else was I supposed to carry them? Lots of playing around by staff.
