My daughter went there yesterday to pick up an order she placed on line. When she went to pick it up they had to wait an hour because it wasn't ready. When she checked again there were a lot of angry customers. They got her name wrong 4 times. She was very rude and said they would refund the money (no pizza) but never did. I am glad they didn't get the pizzas because no telling what extras would be on it. If you don't like your job quit. SMH

My pizza was delivered undercooked and very little toppings. Mainly the lack of cheese. Reminded me of a lunchable pizza you were forced to eat as a kid because lack of better patenting. The boneless wings were more like soggy chicken nuggets from a school cafeteria made by old people that are waiting to die. I gave the wings to my dog and he paused a few beats to talk himself into eating them. I'm going to go check on him to make sure he pulled through.

Our delivered pizza was…. Damp? Is the best way to explain it. Also not fully cut. When ordering delivery, it automatically used DoorDash and I think the delay in delivery caused it to steam itself.

My delivery order tonight was LITERALLY the BEST pizza I have ever had, even my my wings were perfectly cooked. And arrived before original delivery time!! Not sure if they have a new employee or whatever the reason but I 10 out of 10 DO reccomend!!! I called the store just to let them know how good the food was tonight and the Manager was very polite and professional!!! Thank you Papa John's in St. Joseph!!!
