My boyfriend and I were there Friday night and I ordered loaded nachos and I was very disappointed with it. The last time I was there was a while back and at that time they put the nacho chips in a round container and loaded it with the meat and everything I wanted, this time the meat was in a way smaller container and the chips were in a paper bag. Very disappointed.

Walked in with other couples to hear one cook complaining about no slowing down on customers coming in. Other cook called him out on his attitude. No mushrooms in store until i got to the topping part of my bowl and there was mushrooms there. Final customer ordering before the lady cashier goes to fridge for a whole pan of mushrooms. Last one but there was mushrooms. Asked for a large fry with cheese while checking out she dropped some and only gave us a box for sandwich but only had maybe a small. Cashier was watching movie on phone and was acting so put out since she had to start waiting on customers. Charged us for drinks only to find out they had no pepsi, so i needed to buy a bottle. Every table dirty, chairs were just as bad, floor looked even worse. Womens bathroom flooded so out of order. Place looked like it hadn't been taken care of in a while. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

There's a older lady and a young guy who are rude each time I went there within last 2 weeks these people hate there jobs and the older lady about 60 or 65 is on meth you can tell by the way she keeps stick her tongue in and out here mouth 100 times a min i was affaid she was gonna spit on the food it was so bad uncontrollable I won't be going back a 3rd time

I went in at 3pm and not 1 soul was in site so i statred hollaring anybody working today come to find out 2 employees was just sitting outside on there phones so i asked is anyone working today then the came inside

Great food. However, they have a woman there who is constantly opening and closing her mouth. I understand it's probably a tick. But please put a mask on! All I can see is her saliva flying all over our food. Every time I go in there and she is there, I go to 5 guys instead.Which makes me sad because I love the food.
Decided to try this place. Not bad. The regular philly is decent. I did see another patron get a bowl. I think I will try that next time.

Ordered a Philly and discovered they put it into a protein bowl. I repeated that I ordered a sandwich and the person just repeated what do you want on it. I don't want to argue about my lunch. I took the box and left. I usually come once a week but today is the last 13$ I spend here.

I'm a dasher and went to pick up an order tonight. I was ignored and when I did get someone to speak to me she was extremely rude. They hadn't received the order and when I followed the steps I had to follow she was extremely rude and down right hateful. I'm just trying to make money just like she is. No reason to be hateful and rude. Will not give them my business nor will my friends and family
