Ordered a Philly and discovered they put it into a protein bowl. I repeated that I ordered a sandwich and the person just repeated what do you want on it. I don't want to argue about my lunch. I took the box and left. I usually come once a week but today is the last 13$ I spend here.

I'm a dasher and went to pick up an order tonight. I was ignored and when I did get someone to speak to me she was extremely rude. They hadn't received the order and when I followed the steps I had to follow she was extremely rude and down right hateful. I'm just trying to make money just like she is. No reason to be hateful and rude. Will not give them my business nor will my friends and family

Ordered through the app. Got to the store at the time it was supposed to be ready. No one even looked at me for 15 minutes. They made everyone in lines order. After waiting another 10 minutes I asked someone for a refund. 10 more minutes and a phone call they think they got it refunded. Never again.

Weird experience. Food was pretty good, the mom/daughter team seemed in a hurry and didn't ask us what toppings we wanted on our sandwiches. The restaurant had dirty tables everywhere, maybe we just missed the rush.

Who ever is working the condiment area needs to go to work for a trash service!The last two times we have ordered my wife and my orders have been messed up!She ended up withmy jalapeños and beans and she ended up trashing most of her meal because she can’t do hot spices. My meal had no jalapeños, no beans and no chips as ordered!

Don't ever order from here thru Door Dash. Your order will be totally wrong and you will not get the exact items you order. Not only will I not order thru Doordash again. But this location has lost my business.

First time here, I got the beef Philly, I was asked if I wanted double meat, I asked how much extra is that, he told me $5, no way since the sandwich is $10. You can watch them grill the meat, onions and pepper. They put it in a bun and you move down the line, they asked if I wanted cheese sauce on it, how much extra is that, $2.50 no thanks. It seems that this place is all about money. It is just too much for what you get. That was my first time and last here.
