Me and my boyfriend had Pizza Hut DoorDashed to us and we got a thin crust pizza with just sauce that was burnt to a crisp. We called Pizza Hut and told them that this was not what we ordered and if we could come in and get what we wanted and they said “sorry your gonna have to take that up with DoorDash” like why the hell can I just not get the right damn pizza made man. DoorDash couldn’t give us no support with it. Now we wasted $30 on a pizza that is burnt to a crisp with no toppings. Thanks for not doing your job. I will never be coming back here again and I will be contacting your management.

2 out of 3 times ordering at the 22nd street location has definitely proved their service sucks. The male employees do not care at all. we order ahead show up on time and still have to wait 20 minutes even after being acknowledged. its a joke. we are over this location which is a shame because its close to home.

The ingredients used in my pizza must have been spoiled because it was disgusting. The pizza was covered in grease which put me off and after specifically ordering the stuffed crust that was the worst part of this pizza. The cheese tasted really bad and even a frozen pizza could beat what they gave me. Price was really steep for such a poor product and I will not be retuning or recommend anyone go here. I ended up throwing most of this away because I didn't even want to eat more after 2 slices. Gross
