Absolutely horrible service. Twice in a row we did not receive our full order. Management is very unprofessional. Advised "I should change my attitude on the phone, they are only human not robots. I should order from Papa Johns or Domino', they'd take care of me". As a restaurant owner who works 14 or more per day this is completely unacceptable.

I have contacted Pizza Hut about 10 times because the promo code they issued me for a free large pizza does not work. They repeatedly act like it's my fault and have repeatedly failed to send me a code that works. I earned the free large pizza in a September promotion. Terrible customer service experience!!
Update. The owner replied and asked me to email them so I emailed them.
They emailed me back with the exact same code that does not work, it did not work the many times I tried using it before. I verified the same code with 2 different live agents that the code doesn't work but then they sent me the same code again!
They must be enjoying the frustration I have experienced through the numerous emails I have sent and the frustration I have endured in nearly a month of trying to resolve this issue. This is a terrible way to treat customers!!! Update after several more times I got it to work. I had to say a prayer before it finally worked as Pizza Huts instructions did not work. It was answered prayer a true miracle that it worked. Thank you Jesus!

I ordered the tavern style pizza. I didn't think it was that great. I think I will stick with my usual hand tossed pizza. The delivery driver was the same as before. Very nice guy. I like this Pizza Hut, just not the type of pizza I ordered this time.

Undercooked thin crust. This is the 2nd time i've been there. Don't pull the pizza out until it's. Wort pizza hut i've been to and i travel all over -10 stars for a 23 dollar pizza.
