Food is typically delivered within a good time frame and hot. I have only had a couple of times when the food was cold. Either way ive always had a tasty order.

My experience was so far pleasant, I placed an order over the phone and the lady who answered the phone was very nice, recieved delivery by a younger man in his mid 20s, he was also really nice. I believe the evening shift on April 23, 2019 around 7pm definitely deserves 5 stars for the satisfactory service and well respectful interaction.

So i continually have issues with NOT receiving correct pizza crust ie. Toasted parmesan. Nearly everytime! But the managers are always friendly and make proper corrections. Would give 5 star if they could make adjustments so staff can make proper product.

Since when does Pizza hut let their delivery people enter a house.....stay a while.... and not even deliver a pizza?! I smell something fishy!! Probably not good business practice.

This used to be my favorite pizza chain! However, the food has not only gone down hill but it's nearing the side of inedible. I'm not sure if it's the ingredients in the pizza that has changed' or if we are the testing grounds for new biological weapons, but the last few times if eaten here I've gotten done form of food poisoning or another! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because out how much I used to love this chain.

son called to inform staff the pizza did not have the garlic butter on the crust as ordered, no big deal, until employee Paula informed him she didn't give a F**** and he could kiss her a$$ then hung up on him. will not get a single penny of my money again.
