Manager was amazing and hard worker very polite and kind towards our family and non-verbal child and made sure our family was satisfied with our food and needs thank you Pizza Ranch staff /manager.

Ok so I brought my small family here for an intimate little birthday lunch.. and the food was great. And so was the show. Someone who was there before us had lost an iphone. The staff did the respectable thing and asked around if anyone had seen it or picked it up. A large group of folks that were likely seated where the person was before when they lost their phone.. and so the staff asked very nicely once again, if they were sure.. and from my own experience, when you're politely being asked a question like this.. if you're innocent, you'd say no. (Me personally, I'd definitely look around the area, and even rationally... Check my kids because kids can be sneaky... And I'd make sure there was zero electronics devices in my groups possession before getting unruly and causing a loud and incredibly disrespectful, very erratic display in front of my children.) Ultimately causing their requested removal from the premises, which was the appropriate response to their disruptive attitudes when it was just someone was looking for a very expensive piece of equipment that they had a tracker on, which is how they knew it was there... Which leads me to believe that they were so offended because they did indeed have the device. When you're lying, you get ultra defensive at the audacity of anyone even questioning your moral compass.. if you're innocent, you'd respond more respectfully and calm. Because that woman wasn't accusing, she was asking again, doing her due diligence to help recover lost (probably stolen) property. The moral here.. the staff at pizza ranch responded professionally. My kids aren't just automatically absolved from the possibility that maybe they picked it up and had a wild hair and thought they could get away with it. I'd have at least looked into it before assuming, or taking it as the staff as accusing us.. Just saying. Good job blonde lady at Pizza Ranch. Well done. They were rowdy and unruly given the circumstances. 👏👏👏

We have eaten at this location before and have never been treated the way we were today. The manager accused our group not once..but twice for stealing a missing iPhone. She also yelled across the restaurant that we “couldn’t even control our kids” and told us to get out while screaming and yelling throughout the restaurant threatening to call the cops.(which we would have gladly waited for). This trash bag of a manager never apologized and caused a huge scene in front of customers. When we matched her energy she threatened to call the cops. I hope that person finds their missing cell phone and we are hoping they don’t accuse the next group of stealing anything.

I will never return to this location, the management staff is trash! The box dye blonde manager has the worst attitude. We visited with four families following a youth sports game. Apparently a phone was lost and the manager approached our group accusing us of stealing the phone, raising her voice. When we responded we had not seen a phone, she continued to escalate causing a scene in the restaurant. When our party matched her tone, she began yelling and cursing, threatening to call the cops and started insulting the children. We welcomed the cops as we did not have the phone and she was hostile. She eventually walked back into the kitchen area, still yelling. Our party disgusted with her treatment began to leave and she returned to search our area. Of course no phone was found even thou she continued to say it was “pinging here”. We received no apology.
Her accusations and name calling towards children is disturbing. She knows no respect.
I hope the phone is found and the manager finds a job better suited for her disgusting attitude.

Went here and they hardly had any food out and the salad was nasty with hardly any salad dressings and they had no iced tea. I asked the manager and he said they switched over to Pepsi and just hadn't put iced tea in. I don't drink soda and could only get water out of the tap. Chicken is always good though. When they have it.

Very busy as we were there at lunch time. The salad bar is great! The pizza and chicken were also tasty as well as the crunchy french fries. The service staff were awesome. Thanks for a great meal.

I had an excellent afternoon buffet, today,, and it was a terrific value that included everything that I could hope for and all at one very affordable price. The food was all very fresh and delicious. I'll definitely be back, again and again. 👍👏🥰
