Great food! And they help the local kids with fund raiser!Parking: Mostly very close spots to park. And plenty.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of choices for the pickiest of eaters
Need to do a better job of keeping the floor cleaned up around salad bar an ice machine. Someone could fall on food on floor an ice melting.I didn't say anything to employees them all walked around it and though it.

This is mainly against the manager. Brian Shewell, a little man that decided to threaten my cousin at the time she worked there. She wanted to fist bump him and he said might as well since this is the closest I'm going to get to punching you in the face. Im never going to pizza ranch ever again the food and everything was great but just the fact that a man decided to threaten a 15 year old girl really aggrevates me. So I'm boycotting.

Awesome pizza and chicken. Great service. Will definitely make a return visitWheelchair accessibility: Ground floor entrance, very accessible.
First time to this location. Seemed time, when came in.Decor seemed fresh. Lots of room for seating. This location doesn't give drink glasses at the cashier, they are just at drink location.Seated ourselves, started with our plates, not much to choice from on pizza area. Waited nothing brought was cheese, and pepperoni pizza. Didn't have to special order one. (I thought).Fried chicken looked really good & tasted great.(Was cooked in fresh oil), truly appreciate that. There was a young lady clearing the tables. She walked past a chicken bone on the carpet by the coffee & napkin area. (like 5-6 times). When I was walking up to buffet area, I walked to her advised she might want to grab it, so folks don't continue to get grease everywhere.▪︎Watched from our table for 15 minutes No desert pizza. I went to front desk, to wait for employee to ask for some, I stood up there for another 10 minutes. I even went and pushed the door with my cane to see if it would trigger someone to come out to the counter, but nothing. Mind you I am handicap, and it is painful to stand so long. But I did it, finally a employee came out, he states just one, I stated I already paid, he then recognized me, I asked about chocolate chip cookie ? from the desert bar, had been waiting for desert pizza & it. He stated was Out of choc cookie. I advised they should have posted a sign, for customers.▪︎ While there another customer came up, to pay. She asked about the reward card for pizza ranch. He handed her one, told her she had to go on-line to register, he did swip it for her already $ 50.00 meal for 3 people. Employee just handed it to her. Customer then headed to seating area, I advised her to call, to add this purschase to her rewards card.It was sad to see such poor customer service.▪︎Also this location does not keep napkins at each table. This is strange, as pizza & fried chicken are greasy.▪︎This not a cheap meal for a family. Beware this location, is not 5 star location.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have 5 parking spots right up front.

The food tasted great, I guess we hit the restaurant at a bad time though. They could never catch up to the rush and it was after 1 on a Sunday. Don't know if they were short staffed today or what but for what you pay especially on the weekend(16.99) the fact that we would have to wait or scrounge was disappointing. My biggest disappointment was that for the entire time we were there they didn't refill the cactus bread which is my favorite thing there. Overall a 3 star experience.

For the price the food should be hot and fresh. It would be nice to have more low carb options. The salad bar was good but the green beans were bland. The soup container held the dried remnants of something and was never tended or refreshed the entire time we were there. The employees could be a little more friendly as well.
We came on a ladies weekend and decided to eat here 1 day. Was fresh- hot food. Buffet was always full. Service was good. The place was clean. The only thing I'd even have any bad thing to say about was the darn ice cream machine- anytime anyone got ice cream it screeched so darn loud..lolParking: Plenty of parking and cleanKid-friendliness: Kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Parking and inside wheelchair friendly

I’m very disappointed with how much this place has gone down hill. The buffets are all dirty. The chicken is over cooked. A few pieces were fused together causing soggy skin instead of crunchy skin. The dessert pizzas are over cooked and hard. The salad bar is filthy and everything is about out or items are mixed together so it’s not edible. There is one kid kicking butt busting tables but everyone else seems to be hiding in the back. There is plenty of staff. I see them poke their heads out but no working out front. Hopefully they get it together soon or I don’t see it staying open long. Reminding of Golden Corral right before they closed.

Poor pizza, dirty table and floor. The servers were attentive but the uniforms were unkept. The best thing about this place is their chicken, which was juicy and had great flavor. I think people go here for the buffet and portion size it is not for the quality of the food. I can get better food elsewhere.
