Had to clerify 4 times for the drink I wanted because they kept calling it something other than what they call it on the menu (why confuse people like that). The sandwiches were under par, the bacon was over cooked. The tables were all dirty. Expensive baged tea.

Great Cafe for a phenomenal brunch, all in-house fresh. Fantastic coffees & Teas....The best homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies on the planet ? All at half the cost of the popular eateries & coffee shops. I love St Joe wall of fame.

Back in May, I ordered a pizza sandwich. As I ate it, it tasted funny in the middle and I threw it out. Later that same night (May 5th 2023) I experienced vomiting and other issues related to food postings for the next four days. I believe that I had food poising from there because that was the only think I had ate that day and I wasn’t able to eat anything till I felt better. Pronto, please be more mindful of the food you’re serving your customers. I hate being a Karen but it really sucked being sick through the entire weekend.

The cafe is too slow at lunchtime rush hour. In the summer the metal tables get very hot & will brand you if you aren't careful.
The coffee shop is so cute! The service was great and they made sure to ask Questions before assuming I just wanted my coffee made a certain way! It's also very inexpensive, which is a plus when you get coffee as much as I do!❤️

Always a good experience at the Pronto. I was able to get my sandwich my way - veggie sandwich on whole wheat, no mayo or cheese, piled HIGH with veggies -there are not many places in town where I can get a meal exactly the way I want it - plus a bottomless mug of hot coffee. All for under $10!!!!
