The food was amazing, we went for the Sakura experience but unfortunately they wouldn't open the grill in front of us because they didn't have the table full so we unfortunately had to sit and watch from across the table to the other grill with the chefs back to us.

As a cash tipper the fact I was bombarded before even being done because I didn’t tip on my card was very disrespectful which led to me not tipping! The gratuity charge is already there as it is, and I sat at a table with friend who tipped on card as well. Not to mention my order was wrong after I repeated several times my simple and routine order! I have been a solid customer for years, but after this service and the lack of services I will no longer return.

Went Oct 13,2024
I personally felt that it could have been alot better than it was... had a female hibachi chef who imo just wasn't that great, wasn't really into her presentation, not to mention that when I didn't see my lobster on the grill I made a comment about it and after that she just became even more plain about her job than she already was.... also the young boy who greets and seats you. Yeah you need to address this because he gives off a vibe that he doesn't like you or appreciates yoh being there which doesn't set a good mood for enjoying your meal, service was not attentive either. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon!

Went for lunch today and to the Hibachi grill. Server seemed inconvenienced by us and we got the impression they don't particularly care to do the Hibachi side at lunch. Got our salads 10 minutes after ordering and another 40 minutes later the Chef arrived. Food was adequate although portions have definitely decreased since last time there, sauces and even salad dressing seemed watered down and all the employees on the Hibachi side seemed annoyed whereas the Sushi side was quite lively. Crumbs of old food surrounded the grill area and this was right after opening. Will not be returning.

I love this place. Great food and the employees are amazing.
The only thing negative is that their bathroom was dirty and needs some repairs.

Awful! We ordered carry out so I can’t speak about the service. The food was tasteless except for the massive amount of salt and msg used. I ordered chicken hibachi what I got was tough and dry chicken, overcooked veggies in a tray of fluid and brownish rice that was in no way fried or seasoned nor did it contain anything other than rice. Inedible and just gross. My husbands meal was worse, Teriyaki chicken; diced overcooked chicken from 3 days ago and a very bland sauce. All for the low price of $66. Will not be back!

Food was goooood! We sat in a booth which was lovely but, I think hibachi was much more fun.

The food was amazing and the service was even better. I got my nose pierced right before I ate here. I accidentally bumped it and it started bleeding profusely. The staff here attended to me very quickly. They brought me napkins and an ice pack. They also kept checking on me. I think I told them that I was fine at least 6 times. 10/10, would recommend!

Our cook either did not understand or did it comply with dietary request. I tried calamari. Not what I was expecting , but my fault. Didn't ask how it was prepared. Not like I've had before and nearly to tuff to eat.

Amazing tasting food! However unfortunately due to the poor service and long wait time we won’t be returning. Also I felt I should of packed a spare outfit as several times I was almost squirted with soy sauce.

This used to be one of our family’s “go-to” restaurants. We would often visit for big family events and birthdays, etc. The food is delicious and the service is great. However, I will no longer return as a customer after realizing that I cannot trust them as a business. When I noticed what I considered a fraudulent charge on my bank statement dated June 14, 2024 from this restaurant, I promptly called and asked to speak with a manager. The woman who answered did not transfer me to a manager she asked what I needed. I told her what had happened. She said that their machines were down on March 30th, so they processed all of the charges from that date on June 14th. When I questioned why it would have taken almost three months to process the charge, the woman on the phone could not give me an answer. This, to me, is an unethical business practice. Why were they unable to charge my card within a few days of dining? And how did they have my card information to charge me months later? I have no way of knowing what the actual charge was on March 30th, as I didn’t think to keep my receipt. I know I dined there, only because I took a picture of my family whilst there. I also know that I watch my accounts like a hawk and would have noticed if a preauthorization had not gone through in late March/early April.
When I called my bank they told me I could fight the charge. Because I am an ethical person, I will not. I legitimately probably authorized the charge in March and I will pay for what I owe. However, this situation has caused me to have to cancel my debit card (because the bank said they definitely have my card information, including full number, expiration and CVC number, on file at their business) and get a new one issued. My family and will not be returning to this restaurant again.
