First time trying the candy cane cinnamon roll, it is sweet but not overly sweet. Ordered the Buddy the Elf Maple Caramelicious and it is delicious, the maple syrup makes a difference.

This has become a weekend treat for my husband and I, we have our favorite drinks and I love that I can get a breakfast item without it being in sandwich form, I do not eat bread. The workers are always very friendly!

Stopped by this location again after typically driving to the South Belt store. Since this one is closer, I figured I’d give it another try—but once again, my drink wasn’t made correctly. It seems that unless you order something with no customizations (no whip, extra shot, etc.), there’s a good chance your drink won’t turn out as ordered. At this point, I’d be hesitant to add any extras because you’re likely paying for something that doesn’t actually make it into your cup. I really wanted to give this location another chance, but it’s just not worth the inconsistency. I’ll continue driving the few extra minutes to the South Belt location where my drink is made right every time.

Young girls who work there. Sometimes they have an attitude!! I really think they should REPEAT your order back to you to prevent any mistakes. It's a hit or miss on if they make my drink correctly.

I came through and ordered two drinks. One was a peanut butter cup when I got to the window they handed me a drink and said it was a peanut butter crunch. I know they’re similar so I let it go. I pulled off and took a drink and it was the worst drink I have ever had. The drink tastes like watered down black coffee. It has absolutely no flavor. I order this drink from Atchisons scooters every morning and never have no issues.

Everytime I go i have to repeat myself, rarely do I have to elsewhere. Poor equipment or they just don't listen. Last thing I wanna hear is sorry what did you say or can you repeat that. Nope I'm done back to all others that don't have a listening problem. Can't hear you or don't your order right last 4 times. There won't be a 5th. Go somewhere else!!!!

We go to Scooters almost everyday. Everytime we do they mess something up. It is either not putting vanilla in my matcha or not putting matcha in the matcha. They never put whipped cream on my ice latte even when I ask for it. One time I ordered pretzel sticks they were still frozen and works are never friendly. I will go out of my way to go to the Scooters in Savannah.
There are always friendly faces and excellent customer service here. I was witness to the aftermath of a customers mistreatment of a worker who was crying when I pulled up to the window. It is a very sad day when people seem to want to humiliate a worker over a cup of coffee. Your associates shouldnt have to deal with this type of behavior and you as owners should stress that to your associates. They can take their rude behavior elsewhere.

Don't go here anymore. Got my usual non fat latte and 2 pup cups, (use to go here several times a week, last time over a year ago), So, I went to throw out my empty cup in the only trash bin, (dumpster) by the little kiosk. The girl, who I had 10 minutes earlier gotten my coffee from, comes running out the door after me, " woo hoo, woo hoo"; "Yes",? I said. She yelled, "you cannot throw your trash in OUR dumpster...". I said,"what'? " Its YOUR CUP Im throwing away"!!! She said, "Nope, Sorry go somewhere else" .... I said " that's ridiculous, I just bought this from you"! She said, "oh well, I can give you a bag to put trash in you're car" . Im in complete disbelief and tired of the WOKE Karens of the world, so I simply left Never, ever to return. I now go to Hazels or Dunkin Donuts. Both of these places are extremely nice AND they provide plenty of trash cans and even restrooma. Please don't patronize places who are rude and have horrible,ridiculous customer service.

You girls working today should come down to maryville Mo scooters and let them girls show you what a caramel licious without whipped cream, add toffee nut blended is from those girls because what me and my husband got was not that and that was a waste of 13$ plus you even added the whip cream so no I wouldn’t come back there twice this has happened to us ! But I will keep going to maryville girls they are number one the best !
