Young girls who work there. Sometimes they have an attitude!! I really think they should REPEAT your order back to you to prevent any mistakes. It's a hit or miss on if they make my drink correctly.
There are always friendly faces and excellent customer service here. I was witness to the aftermath of a customers mistreatment of a worker who was crying when I pulled up to the window. It is a very sad day when people seem to want to humiliate a worker over a cup of coffee. Your associates shouldnt have to deal with this type of behavior and you as owners should stress that to your associates. They can take their rude behavior elsewhere.
They sometimes get our Macha order wrong. We always order on the app and they still don't double check 😞 However, they are the best Scooters compared with others arpund MO and IA that we've used.
