Order a door dash tried to order extra needs in my drink -& no option to add them every time I go through the drive through they hook me up with extra needs without even asking for additional money. Not even would they let me add some to pay for they wouldn't even hook it up a measly little bit extra to a loyal customer definitely will not be ordering from them again. I used the be a loyal customer every day route 44 ocean water with extra extra nerds and they completely lost my business and the manager acted like she just could not live without charging me the what extra 3$ for a bunch of need which I normally get free regardless but can't even give me ANY extra? And she a manager? What happened to customer always right or at least being for the customer and not always about the business? She acts like it's comujg out of her check to hook up 1 door dash customer with a few extra candies. Absolutely ridiculous and that females manager needs a demotion...
Sorry but not a good experience and we have been getting no marinara in outler order the past 6 orders and it has clearly been on every receipt because it has included motz sticks..... How the hell do you not give marinara for motz sticks no matter what? Terrible terrible terible and I'm mad because this is my locally one and I'll never eat there again. Skimotly on the chili and cheese just all around terrible location
Service sucks and didnt have any tenders ready told us 5-6 mins when thats when they closed! Tried getting the queso wraps but guess this place thinks there high quality dine in

Best customer service and sos time I’ve had there in a long time. What ruined it is the oil you fry in is old and all the tots, moz sticks tasted burned very bad. So bad visit for food but opposite for customer service

We ordered seven mango slushes add strawberries. We came off the highway in St Joe on our way through to get slushies at Sonic with the 79 cent special and the ice tasted like crusty musty Dusty old freezer. It literally tasted like the slushy was frozen in 1957 and saved just for us. It was absolutely horrible and we dumped them out even the babies wouldn't drink them. I don't know if you need to test your water quality or your ice maker or the sanity of your employees from working in such an environment. Never in a bajillion years would I ever drink a slushie from St Joe Sonic again in my whole life or in my afterlife or in all of my eternal life. Gross. Tasted like broken dreams. Steer clear.
Employees, food, and freshness are always on point. I go out of my way to come to this store over nearby locations. Had one of the most picturesque burgers a moment ago
