Ordered online ahead of time as usual and sat there for about 30 minutes and got the notification on my stall that my order was ready. Then one of the staff members comes out to my stall saying they're super busy so it'll he another 20-30 minutes before they will have my 2 fountain drinks out to me (med. Diet Dr.pepper & Med. Sprite) There is no reason usually why it should have taken about an hour or so before I could even get it. I told the team member that I would like a refund because I should not have to wait another 30 minutes for an hour in total for 2 drinks.

Horrible place I got my food then my coke was not the right one and they didn’t give me marinara sauce. so I waited 30 minutes for them to fix my drink and marinara sauce. I’ve never had a good experience with this place and for me it’s a shorter drive but it takes longer to get the food than driving to the better sonic! DON’T EVER COME TO THIS ONE!

I’m always annoyed when I leave here. The service takes forever and 8/10 times my food is wrong in some way. Went tonight to get the chocolate covered strawberry shake they have right now and it is basically just vanilla ice cream. Didn’t even have the chocolate whip cream on top. Disappointed because I got it a couple weeks ago and it was great but I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way to go to the other sonic in town at this point.

Horrible. Chicken strips and Onion rings BURNED and inedible. Order took too long to arrive despite ordering ahead on the app. No dipping sauce for the chicken. Peach slush had no extra mango. Burger was fine, Tots fine. No effort to replace burned food. Trouble is, it affects the taste of everything else cooked in that fryer. We usually go to one of the others. Last time here.

I visited this location 9/30/23 after placing a mobile order. Upon arriving I witnessed a young lady with red hair and a young gentleman doing their absolute best to literally run orders out and work the drive through window. I wish I would have had cash to tip them more then I left from my mobile order. I was sure to tell the young man they were doing a great job. The service is industry is over worked and under appreciated but you guys rocked it. GREAT JOB!!

This place always messes up my orders every time i come , i would understand if they were busy, but they are never busy. All employees are just lazy. DO NOT COME HERE.If you actually want ur food made correctly go to mid belt sonic. They actually take the time to make ur orders correctly and they are busy.
