Somehow I accidentally ordered my venti in a grande cup so I went back in and this very nice barista with glasses remade it and it was the best coffee I have EVER had from Starbucks!

Today is a VERY HOT DAY, it's July! I say that to say I asked for water and there was a young lady with a bun, her hair was dark and possibly curly, she looked biracial, she asked did I have a purchase to go with my water? I get not wanting people to come in and sit all day without patronizing the business. But on a hot day, some humanity would be nice. And for the record I DID have a mobile order that was made at approximately 3:53pm if management wants to look up my order it was a grande chocolate cream cold brew. I use a different email than this Gmail account.

No idea why anyone would chose starbucks bitter coffee roasted and packed in a far off factory… when St Joe’s has sooo many Great locally roasted and locally owned coffee shops. Just ask google for the Best Coffee Shops in St Joe. Note that starbucks not even listed.

Terrible customer service. I just picked up a door dash order for a customer, and when I got back to my car, I realized the bag was wet. I went back inside to explain the issue, and the lady was very rude. She claimed that the bag was not wet and that it was okay that there was spilled coffee all over the cup. She also rudely asked if I contacted DoorDash, when it was clearly their mistake. Just because we work for DoorDash, that is no reason to treat us disrespectfully. I don’t not recommend this location.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to order two Caramel Ribbon Crunch… got up to the window and the barista asked for a tip, had me pay and then offered a receipt. Then told me they didn’t have whip cream and handed me half made drinks. Why not say it when I ordered or before I paid 12 bucks for a half ass made drink? When I asked why she waited until I paid or asked for a tip to tell me the drinks weren’t as I ordered she starred at me like I did something wrong.
Employes were rude and visibly angry because it was busy. And if a customer had to ask for something after receiving their order they would snap at them or throw or slam something down on the counter. The lady that took my order was rude asked “what do you want” rang it up then walked away. I definitely regret selecting a tip option.
