Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to order two Caramel Ribbon Crunch… got up to the window and the barista asked for a tip, had me pay and then offered a receipt. Then told me they didn’t have whip cream and handed me half made drinks. Why not say it when I ordered or before I paid 12 bucks for a half ass made drink? When I asked why she waited until I paid or asked for a tip to tell me the drinks weren’t as I ordered she starred at me like I did something wrong.

Employes were rude and visibly angry because it was busy. And if a customer had to ask for something after receiving their order they would snap at them or throw or slam something down on the counter. The lady that took my order was rude asked “what do you want” rang it up then walked away. I definitely regret selecting a tip option.

I switched from cook crossing to this location out of convenience as it’s on my way to work. This location has an issue getting drinks made correctly, giving the food items that are ordered and today I got a grande in a venti cup. I ordered and paid for the venti. I usually get a cold coffee so I can see it’s full before I leave. Today I got four drinks and a hot coffee. They knew what they were doing because there was a lot of space in that cup and it has the correct info on the sticker.They get away with this over and over because nobody has time to get anything replaced/remade because we are all on our way to work. Plus, if you do take your drink back it take them a long time to even recognize that your there and give you any kind of service. It seems like the barista’s have the “it’s someone else’s job” attitude. They look at you and go back to what they’re doing.

Entrance to the drive thru sucks. Service is slow with only one car ahead of us. Custom drink made to perfection. However two regular caramel frappuccinos had crunch added on top without asking for it.

Usually they are good about there coffee and service but today they were worse on everything the coffee was not as good as it usually is and the service was terrible. The line in the drive thru was crazy long and a couple employees were standing around when I had to go inside instead of being able to go through drive thru. They didn't have mine or my fiances drinks together as I ordered them on the app. They had one by the drive thru window and the other on the counter mixed in with other customers drinks.

Service is always excellent . There are 2 things I would change...1) the location isn't the best(busy intersection) 2) the window at the drive clears my car by a foot. I have never seen a drive through window so tall in my life!
