The nicest girls ever! Studied here all week for finals and they took good care of us. Their drinks are consistently good and well made, it’s clean, and they are so kind!!! I will drive out of my way just to go to this location.

Went through the drive thru after a hectic time at target with my newborn. First time getting out with him. The sweet girl at window gave free drink due to wait time. She has no idea how much she made my day! Thank you Starbucks!!!

I used to really hate Starbucks. Now Starbucks is one of my favorite places. I love this specific location compared to others. This location has the friendliest staff. The drinks are amazing. This is the only Starbucks location in town that you can get the BEST brown sugar shaken espresso. In fact the only coffee shop in town that makes a great brown sugar based drink. I regularly go to this Starbucks. Every time is a great experience. They are very fast and kind. Amazing customer service and amazing drinks. The service and taste is worth the price.

The only problem is that the prices have become way too high. And unlike the past, you now, nickel and dime customers for every extra or substitution of a syrup. I can no longer change the simple syrup to the sugar free vanilla syrup, without being charged for it. I rarely go there anymore because of these factors. But I miss the old starbucks.

I love most of the Starbucks in town but they really picked up my morning this morning. I was exhausted and went to another place and was treated so rudely I left and the employees at Starbucks were all so sweet and patient and got everything correct. So thankful for good people who are care of us grumpy morning people 🙏🏼

I just pulled through the drive-through after leaving Aldi’s and placing my order on the app. I pulled through the drive-through with zero cars behind me and zero cars in front of me. The lady said it would be just the moment and to which I replied OK thank you. when she was ready to take my order I tell the lady that I had just placed an order on the mobile app (knowing that it probably wouldn’t be ready because I just placed the order on the app). That your irritating part is instead of just telling me to pull forward (because there was no one In front of me or behind me) she proceeds to tell me that typically it takes 5 to 7 To complete that order just so i know…Just wondering why any of that was necessary with an empty drive-through you could’ve just said pull forward and gave me my coffee and that was it. Fully aware that I placed my order on the app one minute ago, would it would not be done. So now I’m writing this irritating review because great customer service would’ve just said thank you pull forward. Anyways, have a great day! And all that to not even put the caramel that I paid for in my drink get real

So my wife and I was just at the Starbucks at cook road in st Joseph. We usually have very very little to no problems with any of the Starbucks. Today, we did the drive thru. The first gal that took our order, very nice and polite. The gal that brought our drinks to the window, not so much. Brought out the first drink, and just said somewhat rudely, “here’s your drink have a nice day..” so we informed her that we still had another drink. She proceeds to say, annoyingly, “oh I thought you got it already..” so then she brings the drinks out, no smile no nothing, and says “here’s your drink have a nice a day..” and closes the window. Mind you, I understand she could have just been having a bad day, or just did not want to be at work, but I know, from my past experiences, Starbucks has better standards than that.

I made the mistake of going down to the other location across from Hyvee and I will never return. They could not make a drink that I order every single week from this location….they then tried to tell me how to order it in the future with cars behind me. I order an iced matcha she couldn’t understand and told me I needed to say frozen from now on….which is a different beverage. I so appreciate this location that is so very friendly and they always get my beverage correct every single week….something the other location could learn about! I will never stray again even if it’s out of my way.
