I just pulled through the drive-through after leaving Aldi’s and placing my order on the app. I pulled through the drive-through with zero cars behind me and zero cars in front of me. The lady said it would be just the moment and to which I replied OK thank you. when she was ready to take my order I tell the lady that I had just placed an order on the mobile app (knowing that it probably wouldn’t be ready because I just placed the order on the app). That your irritating part is instead of just telling me to pull forward (because there was no one In front of me or behind me) she proceeds to tell me that typically it takes 5 to 7 To complete that order just so i know…Just wondering why any of that was necessary with an empty drive-through you could’ve just said pull forward and gave me my coffee and that was it. Fully aware that I placed my order on the app one minute ago, would it would not be done. So now I’m writing this irritating review because great customer service would’ve just said thank you pull forward. Anyways, have a great day! And all that to not even put the caramel that I paid for in my drink get real

So my wife and I was just at the Starbucks at cook road in st Joseph. We usually have very very little to no problems with any of the Starbucks. Today, we did the drive thru. The first gal that took our order, very nice and polite. The gal that brought our drinks to the window, not so much. Brought out the first drink, and just said somewhat rudely, “here’s your drink have a nice day..” so we informed her that we still had another drink. She proceeds to say, annoyingly, “oh I thought you got it already..” so then she brings the drinks out, no smile no nothing, and says “here’s your drink have a nice a day..” and closes the window. Mind you, I understand she could have just been having a bad day, or just did not want to be at work, but I know, from my past experiences, Starbucks has better standards than that.

I made the mistake of going down to the other location across from Hyvee and I will never return. They could not make a drink that I order every single week from this location….they then tried to tell me how to order it in the future with cars behind me. I order an iced matcha she couldn’t understand and told me I needed to say frozen from now on….which is a different beverage. I so appreciate this location that is so very friendly and they always get my beverage correct every single week….something the other location could learn about! I will never stray again even if it’s out of my way.

They have gone down hill substantially. They workers inside seem way over worked and the location seems easy understaffed. Plus the coffee is not that good anymore.

I went through drive-thru, the person helping us was very kind. They were told about my fiancé's chocolate allergy and helped us find an option that worked for her. Will most definitely be coming back to this Starbucks? i 100% recommend coming here over the others.

The seal on my package was opened. My protein box had moldy apples. Never had a bad experience at a Starbucks up until today. This package must've been sitting there far to long.

I try to be understanding because I work in food service and know that this location is drowning due to the Faraon location being closed, but I feel like this situation needs to be brought to someone’s attention. The past two times I have gone to this location I always end up waiting forever for my mobile order way past the pickup time. I try to be understanding and give them an extra 15 minutes or so since I can see it’s very busy, but it gets a little ridiculous having to always ask where my drink is every single time I go in. Today, I placed my order 20 minutes ahead of when I knew I’d arrive and 2 out of 3 drinks were done when I arrived. I waited on the final drink for 20 minutes which was a tall summer sky refresher. I could see the barista pulling tickets off the printer and I could see that none of them had my name. I finally kindly asked when my 3rd drink would be ready as I had received the other two 20 minutes beforehand. He said “I think I remember making that but someone else must have taken it.” I finally got my drink but no one apologized to me for the long wait and the barista seemed annoyed making it. It was obvious they had lost my ticket which is okay, I just wish they had told me that and apologized for it instead of blaming something else. I felt like I was getting accused of either already taking the drink and trying to just get a 2nd for free or that I just wasn’t watching out for my drink. I don’t really appreciate that whenever I nicely asked where my 3rd drink was after waiting 20 minutes past pickup. I received unacceptable service today. This location needs to find a way to organize mobile order drinks better. It seems to be a huge problem that they frequently lose or misplace tickets and have tons of people standing at the counter with partially filled orders.

We waited for our drinks in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes and didn't do neither my friends or my drink right even though on the note was our order. We spent 20 minutes there because they had started already making the coffee for the three people behind us. The drinks were watery and not sweet. None of the ingredients were right. Compared to the other Starbucks this one is just bad.

Service is absolutely horrible at this store! I order ahead through the app and it takes me 15 minutes or so to get to the store from work. I've had 2 instances in two weeks where I've pre-ordered, drive 5+ miles, get to the store only to find my order half filled and and waiting an additional 10-15 minutes, or I wait only to watch the employees discover that they're out of cold brew. Everyone seems to be in their own little world and there's no teamwork going on to help the 2-3 customers at 6:30am get their stuff. I think they mean well, but I guess I'll have to go through coffee hell for the next 2 months while they remodel the mid belt store! I was so upset today I said forget it and I left!
