In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

So my wife and I was just at the Starbucks at cook road in st Joseph. We usually have very very little to no problems with any of the Starbucks. Today, we did the drive thru. The first gal that took our order, very nice and polite. The gal that brought our drinks to the window, not so much. Brought out the first drink, and just said somewhat rudely, “here’s your drink have a nice day..” so we informed her that we still had another...

I made the mistake of going down to the other location across from Hyvee and I will never return. They could not make a drink that I order every single week from this location….they then tried to tell me how to order it in the future with cars behind me. I order an iced matcha she couldn’t understand and told me I needed to say frozen from now on….which is a different beverage. I so appreciate this location that is so very friendly and they always get my beverage correct...
