2:25 PM I walk in ready to order, no other people in line, the three, yes three employees are sitting there at a table, doing nothing, talking to one another, make eye iContact with me, the redhead even manages to check me out. However none of them get off their lazy bums and I have to listen until 2:34 PM and their conversation about the party scene and social possibilities of Elwood Kansas.I stood at the counter ready to order for nine minutes, only win another person showed up to order, did these three lazy people decide to get up, moan and complain about having to work, did they even move towards something remotely considered doing their job. I simply walked away instead of putting my money into this store .

Horrible attitudes!! I asked for a pink drink with sweet cream cold foam light ice and strawberry purée. I noticed she wasn’t putting light ice so I reminded her, she looked straight at me said nothing and continued to make my drink full of ice, when I finally got the drink it didn’t have purée in it so I said something again she gave me a horrible attitude and snapped at me saying she did.. no she didn’t it tasted like a normal pink drink. I decided to not get drinks there again but decided to get coffee beans and have them grounded for espresso again I got a horrible attitude when I told her what I wanted she looked at me and asked if I was gonna pay for it like I didn’t have card in hand I was telling her what I wanted before paying for it like you normally would order then pay… she grounded it for regular coffee didn’t notice until the next morning so I went back and again they grounded it for regular coffee. I finally called a corporate location explain my situation and they were able to help me out

Ordered a pink drink with strawberry purée and light ice and I saw they put the full amount of ice so I kindly asked again the worker again for light ice she just stared at me while pouring the rest of the drink into the cup. I also noticed my drink looked a lot lighter than usual when I said something they both insisted that they put the purée in.. they didn't, it tasted like a normal pink drink. I didn't bother asking for it to be remade given that I got a lot of attitude from them for noticing my drink wasn't right before I even got it.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at starbucks. I feel like that says a lot considering I have enjoyed locations from Vermont to Idaho and from North Dakotah down as far as Oklahoma and Florida. I ordered a Pink Drink and a Cinnamon coffee cake. I had the Cinnamon coffee cake in just a couple of minutes ( maybe 3mins) I proceeded to stand there an additional 21 minutes for my Pink Drink along with several other unhappy customers. The lady handing out orders was absolutely NOT FRIENDLY nor apologetic for the extremely long wait times. I have marked this on my list of locations not to stop at again

It is the starbucks experience you know and love! Indoor seating is mostly closed due to covid but you can still order inside.
