Food is poorly prepped they rarely sanitize there knives you just can see cause you on the other side of the counter the health inspector was there an I don't see them getting a good score I'm pretty sure employees come an go there there was a poor man getting spoken down to while making my sandwich the way I wanted it

My wife and I were sent to this location from the one at Karnes ( who are rude to people). Even though they were getting ready to close they still made sure we were able to get 2 foot-long subs. The guy was so very helpful and made sure everything was right. The Lady came from the back to help make our subs she was just as helpful and both were very upset on how the other Subway treated us. They made us feel like we were somebody.

Go thru drive thru and the way you order doesn't show all their sandwiches? So I just order one pull app to the window and no I cannot order another 1 , so they want me to go through the line again. No I don't think so.

The employees wouldn’t stop making online orders to acknowledge we were waiting to order until a manager corrected them in front of customers. When we finally got our food it wasn’t even edible. It was left in the toaster oven until it was rock hard. Will not be going back. The manager wouldn’t even help the employees, she just barked orders as she stood there.

I don’t know what is wrong with the lady working today with no teeth but instantly was rude right off the bay of walking in the door slams my sandwich down while she’s making it then throws it into the counter may want to check ur cameras next time this happens it’s going to be thrown back at the employee absolutely disrespectful for no reason 10-5-2024 around 3:30pm may want to give her a talking to about customer service

We are on holidays here, we went in as we like Sub Way, staff very friendly, food was lovely, just like
I got an awesome sandwich and the sandwich artist was amazing but the whole time I was in there one of the employees was complaining about how many sandwiches she had to make. 3 sandwiches were ordered for curbside. OMG you are a sandwich shop. Make the sandwiches, quit complaining and get some customer service training. When I have to spend my hard earned money on a sandwich and you act like that maybe I should just go to Jersey Mike's.

We came in and instantly noticed how dirty is was. We were the only people in there and the workers were chatting but the floors were disgusting and the tables had food left on them. The only clean ish table had so many chips under it. All the staff was very nice except the one lady making our sandwich. I think her name was Stacy but I’m not sure. She had a vampire bite tattoo on her neck (not judging that’s just the identifying info I remember) but she was so rude and snippy to me and my mom. She cut us off and rushed us. Then when we sat down to eat and our bread was stale.

They don’t know how to read the ingredients on the screen lol. Not sure how I got 4 different ingredients on my sandwich I didn’t ask for? Currently sitting in the parking lot while my boyfriend goes in because I would be too rude… especially since we waited in line for 20 minutes for a sandwich that wasn’t even made correctly.
All of the tables in the restaurant were dirty. There were people in the store who were not customers. The sandwich was soggy. Yuck!
