Ordered online and the store took my money then called and told me they had no bread. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread? They voided the order and saod ot would take a few days to get my money back this is unacceptable

The drive thru ordering machine is ridiculous!!! It’s confusing and difficult to use. We sat and tried to use it, eventually just gave up and drove away. I’m so sick of these businesses trying to replace people with machines just to save a buck. How about you hire somebody and pay them a living wage!!?!? Is that so impossible for a billion dollar company!!!! And no I’m not a boomer!!

All of the tables in the restaurant were dirty. There were people in the store who were not customers. The sandwich was soggy. Yuck!
Food is poorly prepped they rarely sanitize there knives you just can see cause you on the other side of the counter the health inspector was there an I don't see them getting a good score I'm pretty sure employees come an go there there was a poor man getting spoken down to while making my sandwich the way I wanted it

My wife and I were sent to this location from the one at Karnes ( who are rude to people). Even though they were getting ready to close they still made sure we were able to get 2 foot-long subs. The guy was so very helpful and made sure everything was right. The Lady came from the back to help make our subs she was just as helpful and both were very upset on how the other Subway treated us. They made us feel like we were somebody.

Go thru drive thru and the way you order doesn't show all their sandwiches? So I just order one pull app to the window and no I cannot order another 1 , so they want me to go through the line again. No I don't think so.

The employees wouldn’t stop making online orders to acknowledge we were waiting to order until a manager corrected them in front of customers. When we finally got our food it wasn’t even edible. It was left in the toaster oven until it was rock hard. Will not be going back. The manager wouldn’t even help the employees, she just barked orders as she stood there.
