This location has really gone down hill. This is the second time I didn't get what I ordered. The staff were just playing around, not taking anything serisouly. I ordered a 12 inch sub, got a 6inch. I drove back to the store, they remade it in a blazing 15 mins flat and it was ice cold. Making a meatball sub shouldn't be that difficult. This store is offically banned.

Traveling Jack

This Subway location has decided to keep their parking lot lights off for some time now. It appears that even in bad weather they don't care about their customers safety since it was sleeting yesterday and the lights remained off. The lack of lights in their lot and the lack of street lights was a contributing factor to the death of our son which occurred in their driveway. I hope saving on your electricity bill is worth the loss of customer safety and our son's loss of life.

My wife and I came into this subway at 9:20 p.m. on December 12 2024. The young male was rude and told us we are closing and that we needed to go to the Subway at Mid-belt here in Saint Joseph, Mo. There is no excuse for being rude. It was like they were judging us because we are heavy weighted. I can see why they have a 3.7 stars on the reviews. I will never send anyone to this Subway.

Young lady behind the counter was very rude and when we said the only reason we came up here to the register was to check the status of our online order because it said it was ready. She than stated after we had already talked to someone that she's sorry we don't control when it says ready. In a very rude manner, I won't be coming back to this location, smh

Very clean looking, they usually have young employees, so be clear with what you want if using the drive thru.
