Ordered ahead on the website and they had it ready for pickup by the time I got there, despite being a little early. Everything that I ordered was there and neatly prepared. Good stuff.

I just went there and asked the guy behind the counter what the deals were and he was so rude and hateful to me for no reason and I was nothing but nice and polite to him! I said I was going to download the app real quick to check out the deals that the sign talked about and he just stared me down and didn’t bother to respond. Then when I said “oh I see you have the same deals online as you mentioned” in a very polite way and he said “Yeah that’s what I told you.” I said “ You don’t have to be so rude and such a smart a** about it and he just talked over me louder. As I walked out i said, “Your not that smart; you’ve got a lot to learn about customer service.”

I ordered online to get the 2 for $5 each deal. Y'all still charged me full price! The attendant even acknowledged the fact. She tried contacting the manager. No response. I went in today and no response back from the manager. I wanna know what y'all are gonna do about the over charge and false advertising.

Finally open to dine in. Fast service and friendly staff.
I am so upset. My daughter and i chose this subway to go to today because we have always had great service and accurate orders. We get home and her sandwich is not toasted, and has HAIR ON IT, and mg sandwich bread wasnt toasted and there are no vegetables on it only tomatoes and mustard. So now i have a crying 8 year old and im out 20 bucks. I DO not recommend this store.

I asked to upgrade my water glass to a small cup. I told them plainly that I was just going to drink water. I assumed I would just be paying for the price of the cup. I was not informed that I would be paying for a small fountain pop. When I complained I got an "I'm sorry". If he was sorry he would have refunded my money. Also thier sliders are tiny and just not very good.

The new sandwich is really good. I was shocked i liked it. I normally don't care for subway. Make sure to get extra bbq sauce on the side though.
