Subway is usually a pleasant experience, but today they were a little off. They seemed perturbed that they forgot to tell me the ice machine was out. Then again when I told them the napkin dispenser was out. Wow what a place! But then I have to remember, this is the south end!

The fat short young kid in the front working the counter is so slow and I ordered my food online and it took 20 minutes after it said our food would be ready for them to get the food done I think his name is Steven

Evening shift is the worst time to go here, never have I gotten a decent sandwich from this subway.. dont order online because you can plan on taking it back to have it remade..this photo is after having it remade and i get soggy wet bread and chicken is so rubbery you can’t chew it..wont be eating here again.. st. Joseph has the laziest workers I’ve ever seen, cant get a decent meal from any restaurant on south end..

I think I was overcharged but I realize the prices are higher. I didn't keep my receipt so I can't complain. The food was really good and fresh.
