Went thru the drive thru. He acted like I was an imposition to him. I tipped him just to show him that I was not that bad of a person to deal with. Apologized for the lateness of getting there, it was 30 minutes until closing, and the food was mediocre at best. Doesn't matter what the time is, you are not rude to customers.

I ordered food when I got to the window I paid for it and it took ten mins to get my food and when it was ready they all surrounded my food looking at it laughing so when I got it, I opened it up and it wasn’t even cooked so I parked and went inside and had them remake it. They put my order to the side until they were done with drive-through. It took 26 minutes this is the worst experience ever definitely need better management. As a manager of a fast food place, I would fire them

Went here about 20 minutes ago and waited forever in line, when I got to order the lady seemed VERY Inconvenience by me ordering, when I got to the window she again acted like it was the worst thing ever to do her job and on top of all of this I got a two chicken Chalupa and taco meal and did not get my taco Or my sauce. Overall, terrible customer service. I’m sorry it is so inconvenient for you to do your job. 🙂
