My order was all wrong wouldn't remske or give me a refund they made me pay for it again 2 days in a row now they dropped my video rewrapped it and put it in a new bag after it's been on the ground do have a video of it. You all need to get your stuff

I was disappointed in my meal, I ordered grilled chicken burrito with no Chipotle Ranch plus sour cream and heavy lettuce a drink and cinomon twists. It was nothing like I ordered it had extra ranch zesty sauce and no sour cream no lettuce, and to top it off the cinnamon twists were very much like Styrofoam. I spent 7 bucks on food I couldn't eat. I was on a late lunch and went thru the drivethru I tried to call and complain but they wouldn't answer their phone after that.

Taco Bell is adequate and gets the job done. My visit today was no exception the cravings box silenced my hunger. I really enjoyed ordering from the kiosk and being able to see the options available for upgrades. I upgraded from cinnamon twists to nachos for an extra buck. I also enjoyed an iced coffee over a soda at no extra charge.
