Put in an order online. Said order would be ready at 2:17. Was at the restaurant by 2:15. Got a notification that our food was ready at 2:42. Waited another 5 minutes for it to be brought out. My items were cold as if they were made first and then sat aside and then they made the rest later. All of this while all of the staff including what appeared to be their lead manager or staff were dancing and carrying on in the back. I’m all for a fun work environment but it sure didn’t seem like anyone was concerned about any of the issues they were having.

I honestly have no idea how this place even got five star reviews this is a one-star place at best I never leave reviews and I am so shocked at the food that I got that I had to leave a review I mean disgusting I'm going to take a picture and show you like this place not only messed up our order but they can't even make their food right. I just checked there's nowhere I can leave a picture which I wish there was because this food is trash.
I ordered the discovery luxe box and it was asome and the burritos were so good but the sauce was mid and the tacos just hit different

It's absolutely horrible. I got a box full of shells, literally photos to back it for 3 meals and 40+ dollars , never stopping there again ever !! Purchased at North Belt Saint Joseph, @ 5:15 12/30/24 and half the staff was standing around.

Like always the soda taste watered down but this time the chulipa so hard it's non edible. The grilled cheese burrito was over cooked and smelled so terrible I didn't even attempt to eat it. I'm not going back out so I guess I just lost out on dinner tonight . why aren't these complaints ever addressed ????. Management needs to step up
