I honestly have no idea how this place even got five star reviews this is a one-star place at best I never leave reviews and I am so shocked at the food that I got that I had to leave a review I mean disgusting I'm going to take a picture and show you like this place not only messed up our order but they can't even make their food right. I just checked there's nowhere I can leave a picture which I wish there was because this food is trash.

It's absolutely horrible. I got a box full of shells, literally photos to back it for 3 meals and 40+ dollars , never stopping there again ever !! Purchased at North Belt Saint Joseph, @ 5:15 12/30/24 and half the staff was standing around.

Like always the soda taste watered down but this time the chulipa so hard it's non edible. The grilled cheese burrito was over cooked and smelled so terrible I didn't even attempt to eat it. I'm not going back out so I guess I just lost out on dinner tonight . why aren't these complaints ever addressed ????. Management needs to step up

Alic makes this place! Taco Bell is a Taco Bell but alic always gives us great service which is hard to come by these days, especially at a fast food establishment! Keep it up kid!

Let’s start with the fact that I worked so hard today in as I went into the restaurant I go to the front counter to try to place an order and noticed it was a blond headed white guy in front of me who was a new hire prior to him waiting for the manager to come up they still have me waiting 7 to 8 minutes max maybe nine minutes just to place an order I still didn’t get no service they all looked at me and I am black as well I’m not a racist but the fact that they all looked at me and did not try to service me it would blue mean not only that but he took the new hire and took him to the bad guy him register in the computer the same computer that they use to place orders when coming inside to sit. I’m not sure why however It Bother me so bad that I didn’t wanna even eat there. So I kindly left I would never ever go there. If I can give them 0 I would they don’t clean it’s bugs everywhere n there restrooms r nasty. Save ya self some time in enjoy your food else where. To know I’m visiting a Taco Bell down here is crazy ta see this right in front of me.

It was pretty busy when I came through, and my order was wrong. I called and they replaced my order. I spoke with Keith and he was awesome, even gave me cinnamon twists and bons for having to come back ! So sweet. Thank you Keith!

Just stopped by for a Lipton Brisk Mango Fiesta Tea. Can't get it anywhere else but Taco Bell. The drive thru employee was very nice.
