Overall it was good. The rolls are fantastic and the waitresses kept our drinks refilled. I'm not a steak person and I had chicken. So it was okay. Not really a quiet place for conversation but definitely birthday friendly.

Veterans Day meal was sad half full beer keg ran out she went to switch kegs Left the halfway beer in same glass then my steak came with baked potato only without mushrooms that I ordered I remained polite and tipped $10 I was not happy never to Go to st Joseph Roadhouse again. Not speaking bad about Texas Roadhouse only the waitress at the bar and manager

Our server, Justin, was outstanding. Very attentive and personable. My steak wasn’t cooked quite right and Justin took care of it for me. It was taken to the kitchen and after a wait, I was brought a fresh filet. But had to bring it home, as we were through eating. And my meal was removed from our ticket. Thank you, Justin, for the excellent customer serve and care. And thank you Texas Roadhouse.

I wasn't super impressed with the food or service. Our waitress came by MAYBE a total of 3 times. The food was okay, but I was expecting better for the price. My baked potato was really dry and my steak tasted like liver. They did replace my steak after the manager made me feel guilty for saying something. (I did offer for any of them to taste test it, but no takers.) I have been to the Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Liberty, MO also and had a much better experience there.

We stopped at Texas Roadhouse for a late lunch where I had a 1/2 slab of ribs and my husband had the chicken-fried steak. The portions for the entrees as well as the sides were very generous. The ribs were tender, but they were smothered with too much sauce. There was also too much char. I would rate the ribs at 4/5. My husband would rate the chicken-fried steak at 4.5/5. The food came out quickly and our server was very friendly. The manager went from table to table introducing herself and asking if everything was okay. Excellent customer service!
