I'd swear they switched to grass fed beef! The meat near the fat on the edge is flavorful but out in the middle it's just plain and a little dry and just like a steak without marbling. Ribeye mediumrare.

The food is always exceptional!! If you go without a reservation make sure you go right as they open. Otherwise don't go hungry and be prepared to wait. The service is great but our last experience included the server in training spilling my boyfriends drink all over the table and his lap. They promptly cleaned the table and we reassured them it was no worries. Thankfully we had just been shopping and my bf had a new pair of pants in our vehicle. However, we received no discount and we're even charged for his drink, so that was slightly disappointing.
