I'd swear they switched to grass fed beef! The meat near the fat on the edge is flavorful but out in the middle it's just plain and a little dry and just like a steak without marbling. Ribeye mediumrare.
Jacqui was above and beyond m, two other servers checked on us and my husband said the steak was the BEST he ever had and of course the rolls were heavenly thank you for a great Valentines Day celebrating 50 plus years
