Issues with checking in. There was no one before us. We checked in and sat down to wait. Several other people came in and were seated immediately. We went up and asked how come we weren't being seated and there were several tables open. The host said she accidently checked us off but couldn't remember the name. At least we got an explanation. Waited for 20 minutes when there were plenty of open tables. Food was amazing and plentiful.

Dorthy was an amazing server, she made sure me & my family were taken care of the entire time we dined! I googled this place while in town visiting a family member & it did not disappoint. The food was delicious & the portions were more than enough. Definitely would come back!

The food was mostly ok in taste and temperaturewas fine. Service seemed to be lacking and there didn't appear to be any one person assigned to our table. The meals were brought out on plates overlapping, so I had my daughter's gravy on the bottom of my plate, which was just a mess on the table and the waitress didn't seem to have an issue with it since no apology or correction was made. It had been some time since my previous, similarly lackluster, visit and it will likely be some time before I return.

Our family has dined a few times now recently. Food has always been excellent. Servers are always super friendly with great, cheery attitudes. Frequently check back to see if anything is needed or to top off drinks. Weekends is always a good idea to reserve a spot online for the wait-list before arriving. Real time wait is always helpful to have an idea of the wait. Will greatly help to cut down the wait.Parking: Located in an outdoor strip mall. Parking I shared between several businesses. A lot of the time parking can be a challenge and very limited handicap parking and not very well marked.Kid-friendliness: The few times we've dined, always see happy kids and serers listen to what the kiddos are wanting.

I am gluten intolerant so I haven't tried much at The Big Biscuit. The only options I have found (and to be clear, none of these things would be celiac safe), are eggs, bacon, and grits. All of those items are good, but not great. This is a fairly typical chain restaurant. Imagine Dennys or Perkins or something along those lines. It isn't bad, it isn't great, it is mid.

Solid brunch and lunch spot in St. Joe's! The menu has so many different items to choose from. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. I ordered the patty melt which was good I think next time I would go for the monster burrito! It looked delicious. I'm sure the grass is always greener on the other side anyways. I also ordered the caramel coffee drink bc the picture made it look amazing. It was good but very sweet so just a heads up!
