We stopped by for lunch, my dad and I. The blonde girl there at first wasn’t very talkative or friendly.. She was talking to someone negatively about her coworker that had just left so we were kinda iffy on the atmosphere. But we got our food and it was delicious! My dad was surprised by how good the wraps were and said he would definitely come back for them, and the PB crunch always is the best!! What really made our trip was the Second Lady we ordered from when grabbing my momma some food. She was sweet, personable, and very friendly. She brought the food out to us whereas the other lady had us come up to separate times to grab everything. We’ll be back for sure, and whatever the blonde girl lacked, the next girl really compensated for! 🙂

To giving me an entirely wrong meal and hanging up on me when I complain. To sitting at the window watching them talk

The Bahama mama is my favorite smoothie and the food always tastes like it was made with love. Staff is always very friendly too. Going out of my way to leave a review because it’s my favorite fast food restaurant in town.

Was disappointed i was not able to use my discount coupon because i did not have my phone so wouldn't honor my receipt discount coupon even though i had completed the survey and had my receipt. Maple sweet Sweet potatoes had mold.

Smoothies were bland. Called and the lady very nice. Took name and order and said would replace. BS. Went back one day and the MANAGER said there was no note of it so she wasn't replacing it. Didn't ask what had happened. Did not even care. She was loud and rude and I was just a bother to her. I will not go back. A mngr with not a luck of class or give a damn. I won't pay a dime to b treated like that. I have told everyone I know.

I visited this location on the Monday 11/4/24 around 5pm! It was a rainy day so the drive thru came in handy! I pulled up and was sat there at the drive thru for almost a full 5 mins!! I was yelling back to the drive thru and asking if they are open but was not gotten any responses back! So I decided to park and walked inside! There were 3 customers there and they are walking out! I went to the cashier and asked if they were open the drive thru! The lady answered and said oh I did not have a headset on because we were taking the trash out! She immediately went to the drive thru window and put on the headset and right after that there was the car pulled up to order! She took that car order and in the same time taking my order! She was yelling back and forth and said I cannot hear you and can I get your name! I told her my order and repeated 3 times for my name! After I ordered, I said you should comp me for that because you were making me sit on the drive thru and you did not even have the headset on! She went in the back and another lady came up and said what seemed to be a problem! I said I was waiting and you guys were not taking my order from the drive thru because you were not having the headset on? I was waiting and it was raining! I had to come inside and you did not even say sorry! I asked for my drink to be comp and she said no we cannot do that! Another older lady came by and yelling at me that we cannot do that! We had to take the trash out and that was why we did not have the headset on! I asked oh you need 3 people to take the trash out? In the same time? And no one should be in the cafe to take the customers orders? They all said yes we needed 3 people! I said you guys are so rude and did not even say sorry to me! I will not coming here! They were looking at me with attitude and watched me walked away! I was so disappointed how rude all of them are! I don’t care about free drink! I just feel like they need to remind themselves this is the customer service job and if you can’t be nice don’t be in the field! I left the messages on the app and I hope someone in management came in and take care of this situation! I will not coming back to this location! And will tell everyone in my family!

Went through the drive-through and when we pulled up to the speaker, the lady asked if we would like to try something, but I couldn’t tell what she said so I said “what was that?” She didn’t respond. So I said “was that an automated message or can you repeat it?” She rudely came back with “you can order!” To which I asked, “do you have an attitude?” No response so I asked to speak with her manager. No response. So I informed her we would be contacting corporate and we drove off and as we turned around she yelled into the speaker “have a nice day!” As I got on here to post this, I read a lot of negative reviews and I’m not sure if the owners realize their staff is costing them money by losing customers. Truly very disappointed.

Service is terrible. The lady with the blonde hair is sooooo rude. I love the island green smoothie but I just can’t go there anymore because this lady’s attitude is horrible.
