Ordered delivery on 6/16/25. I ordered 2 egg rolls and Empress chicken, which I have had many times at other restaurants.
The egg rolls were over cooked and greasy. The chicken did not much flavor, it tased like oil and soy sauce, it was not tasty and was dry. There was not even any sauce in the bottom of the container. Ordered lo mein, it was dry, had no vegetables with it and just tasted like oil and soy sauce. Again, not tasty at all.
The straw that broke the camel's back was I asked twice for sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls, utensils and napkins (as I was staying in a hotel). I received none of these items. I will not ever order from here again.

The revamped twin dragon is so much better than the twin dragon I grew up knowing. The food was fantastic and the portion sizes we huge. The wait staff was friendly and it was very quick!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Waited over 2 hours for a delivery order. Called an hour in and was told the delivery driver already left with my food called in 5 different times about my order lady assures me that it’s coming and i waited 2 hours for cold food to be delivered. That she would add a free replacement order to my account or i NEVER would have paid or gotten the delivery order after the fact thinking it was going to be replaced in the future. Fast forward try to get replacement now the story is it was going to be replaced the same night not a different day. Why would i continue to waiting even longer to feed a crying kid. Will no longer have my service and will let all of my clientele know to not go here as well. And when i let them know what the “girl in training told me” they’re basically saying i was lying. So do not order delivery from them at all terrible customer service. DEFINITELY HAS GONE DOWN HILL FROM PREVIOUS OWNERS.

Thought it might get better with new ownership, but wrong on that one.
Waited for 1 1/2 hours as the Doordash tracker for our order kept moving back.
Called the restaurant to cancel they told me I had to call Doordash to cancel since the driver picked up the order and was waiting on another order.
Delivery driver “Tequila A” did not answer a call or text after leaving a text and a voicemail.
Called Twin Dragon back to let them know I had done what they said to do by calling the Doordash corporate line and Doordash confirmed they cancelled the order with Twin Dragon and told them not to charge our card.
Twin Dragon called me back a few minutes later and are now saying that they have the order (remember they said it was picked up earlier??) and since it had been prepared, we would be charged.
Well, that would be fraud since we never received the service. At this time we are now pushing 2 hours from the order time. A new Doordash driver tried to help as he was at Twin Dragon and I can hear her in the background telling him a whole different story…
I do thank the new driver for the help and trying, but what a waste…Never again and will spread the word as much as possible.
