I was doing a DoorDash delivery at Wendy’s South Belt. As a delivery driver, I usually go ahead in line to keep orders on time—I’ve done this many times at other restaurants and even at Wendy’s before. This time, an employee named Neveah refused and told me I had to go through the speaker first and then come back, which has never happened to me before. Because of this, the order took 45 minutes, which directly impacts my DoorDash ratings and puts my account at risk. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional.

This is the wost wendy’s i’ve visited and even the worst FOOD place ive ever attended. Every time I go i heard racist, fat shaming, and disrespectful jokes between the staff. I’ve heard managers screaming, making fun of workers, and being rude for no reason. They be little their employees and are very rude to their customers. They don’t sound excited to work at all and to harass an employee and force them to do certain work activities just because you don’t like them is work retaliation. I will be contacting corporate and making sure every disrespectful and rude manager or employee gets fired. When I say I will, I mean I will. This is racism and discrimination and I won’t be a customer who hears this every time I go. Period.

The Kansas city Wendy's 4931 North Oak Trafficwy made my food wrong so it was too late to go back so on my way home to st joseph missouri I want to Wendy's here 1411 s Belt Hwy and they fit it for me and my kids and that makes me very happy 😊 thank you and the Wendy's is st Joseph is the best 👌🏿

Went there specifically for large CHOCOLATE frostys. They were out of the chocolate flavor. The manager gave us our money back. No apology. Maybe they’re offering too many options. We went to Arby’s. They had chocolate.
