We went to use the drivethru and was informed they opened in 15 minutes as we started to pull away another employee asked "can you read?" Very unprofessional, rude, and I will no longer do business at this location.

I came in not even 5 minutes ago ordered a Dave’s double with nothing but pickles and ketchup and got a chicken sandwich with everything and barely any fries

Was at this location this morning about 9:30. Pulling up. There's employees out back doing. I don't even know what they're doing. They're smoking or doing something just hanging out. Another employee opens the door and says hey. We need help in here. As we all wait in line in the Drive-Thru seem like everybody was confused on what was going on. I get to the window hands me my coffee. I open it up. It's cold. Handed it back. Not sure if she went to go microwave it or not. It didn't have the caramel in it. Got my food about 5 minutes later as employees go back and forth from the window to the front to the back. The food was cold and tasteless. This is one of my worst experiences at a Wendy's. I was actually scared to eat the food when I was on my way.

We got ghost chicken sandwiches bad chicken and old The food gave me food poisoning i will never ever buy from them anything and i dont recommend anyone eat their for his family safety i wish health departement do something about it
