I was part of at least three unrelated incorrect orders. The thing is, the problem should be easy to fix with proper management oversight and generally concentrating more on getting the order right than getting it fast. I know you can do it!

MJ seemed so standoffish like they don’t know what to do. Was behind a couple who works for Wendy’s I guess since they had their shirts on and they’re reaching over the counter to get sauces for the frosty’s. I had a mobile order and was standing there for a good minute before anything. They finished a frosty and they just filled it back up again. The whole time I’m thinking to myself “just cause you work there doesn’t mean you can do what ever you want when off the clock”

The food was just thrown together we told the lady no ranch she gave us ranch anyways we told her no ketchup on the burgers she did it anyways. And the customer service should be much better.

Went through the drive-thru, ordered the Dave's single, the fries were hot and fresh, but the cheeseburger was cold and gross.
The new girl at the register is very friendly. Made me feel welcome and made my day better. Dark hair and glasses with tattoos very nice compared to the rest

I have coming to ALL the St. Joseph, Mo locations for over 6 years daily! I used to love (and order) the baconator breakfast sandwich. There is now only one pc of bacon on the sandwich split into 4 little pcs. Baconator it IS NOT anymore, the Kansas City locations still put 6 pcs of applewood bacon on their sandwichs. Gonna have to find a new breakfast place in St. JOSEPH. Its a real shame, because the service is great! FIX THE BACONATOR BREAKFAST IN ST.JOSEPH!!!

Went thru the drive up and ordered lunch. The fries was way to salty and the double cheeseburger had hair all throughout the sandwich. Yes I said hair, long strands of hair. Food wasn't really that warm. Called the restaraunt and told them about the hair,, the lady said that they will replace the sandwich. We shall see. At this point more than likely wo t be back. I'm only giving 1 star because it wo t let me post review without it. But honestly I give 0 stars

Stay clear of this, Wendy's! The bun on the burger was stale. Hard as a rock around one edge. Had to remove it and just eat the meat. Was not given crackers or a spoon to eat the chili! The "new" saucey nuggets had very little sauce on them and rang true of poor chicken quality! And no straw for the coke! The girl who took our order (drive thru) does not like her job and does not want to be there. Poor customer service! Wish we would have read the reviews prior to going. Sounds pretty standard for this Wendy's!
