This place is ran horribly. Always a bunch of children on phones, don't start anything until you are there. Online is supposed to save time. Shame because I like Wingstop more, but I will be going to BWW from here on out. It sucks our wingstop is a complete joke.

The food is great. But the atmosphere isn't great. You walk in and the workers just look at you and walk around as you stand at the counter. They made fun of me for ordering regular fries. All the staff laughed as a guy says who orders just plain fries. The other thing I noticed is nobody wears gloves as they work with the food.

Check your food before u leave I left and they gave us the minimum amount of fries I also ordered cheese and they gave me mustard. Kinda upset. Also the guy who took my order was rude. I felt very rushed.

My family comes here often and we have never had any issues. Today, my family walked in to dine and we were met with an extremely irritable GM Steve. Before we could order, he immediately told us there would be a wait because he has a bunch of stuff to clear out before he could help us and pointed at all the workers in his kitchen and said he has to train all of them too. We told him to take his time as we were in no hurry. He was visibly very irritated with the trainees and made a comment about wishing he could just go take a break. When another customer walked in after us, we asked them if they had a pick up order and told them that they were welcome to go in front of us and the manager told them no and that they could wait and that we were there first so he has to help us first. We told him we were going to take our business elsewhere, as he was being very rude. As a GM, I understand it can be a frustrating job but kindness goes a long way.

We were excited to finally try Wingstop today, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. All of our fries were extremely soggy, and none of the food stood out in terms of flavor or quality. What made the experience worse was the service — the staff was unfriendly and made us feel like we were a bother just for being there. Sadly, this visit didn’t live up to the hype, and we won’t be returning.

I tried to fill out a survey, but the survey errored out after filling it out. Ordered food from the app, got the 5 piece hot honey tender combo, and the food was very fresh and good. The workers were nice and very kind and I was very satisfied with my order. Each time I order food from here, it is always fresh and tasty, unlike BWW.
