Went to 360 rooftop for my 25th birthday while in town visiting friends and family. Heard about this place and decided to give it a shot, and I'm glad we did! Samantha took care of us throughout, asked us all about my day/ our plans, gave us suggestions on things to do on top of delivering top quality service. Very endearing and a great way to kick off my b day weekend!

Views are amazing! Menu is very small and tell me they’re out of something I ordered everytime I’ve gone. Went tonight for my bday and was basically kicked out! Ordered 2 margs and a Hennessy marg. Was told they’re out of all cognac so my fiancé ordered a strawberry margarita. She brought out a regular marg. He hated it. I told my waitress, she said she would take it off the bill and I assumed she was bringing WHAT WE ORDERED out- but went to grab the check and said “there no card in here” I said “ yeah he still wanted his strawberry marg” she went and got manager and we were told we needed to close our tab and leave!! Usually love coming here. The smash burger is great but service was terrible on my birthday this year in 2024!! Also the table across from us, same waitress got charged twice for their meal and was told they had to pay for it! We were in same elevator and they did not fix her problem!

We went to Rooftop Bar last night (Friday) and the atmosphere/vibes were immaculate HOWEVER we didn’t stay long due to the absolute worst bar service. It wasnt anything close to busy (we just showed up from Westport Social where its PACKED, took me 3minutes to get a drink) so we were expecting to get a quick drink. WELL, we sat down at the bar and the bartenders for about 20-30minutes just ignored us and worked on drinks for other people. After about 20 minutes I got up and moved to the area where I saw people getting drinks and waited another 10-15minutes only to be greeted with once again being ignored when it was my time to order. Sooo not sure if it was something against me whose never been there or what but honestly wont be coming back.

This experience ended up being a nightmare. My mom and I decided to try this place one afternoon and the food was very mediocre. We each got a non alcoholic drink and a small plate. The total came to around 40 dollars but when our waitress brought the receipt back we discovered she had accidentally charged us 260 dollars!! When we brought this to the managers attention he offered us a very lame and half a$$ed apology and let us know it had been voided, but didn't know when the funds would be available. He then let us know that we would have to be charged again for the original 40 dollar bill. So by the end of it we had spent over 300 dollars due to a careless mistake and was offered no compensation, discount, or anything. Terrible experience and customer service skills all around.

I've been to the 360 Bar several times both in winter and summerAlways a great beer list, craft cocktails and get appetizers. Service has always been great.
The managers, Kaley and Nick, are phenomenal. The bar staff are so great and experienced. This is definitely the new spot in West County!!

The views and vibes are great. The drinks are drinks. Docked a star because the food is mid. I see this place as an "after dinner" scene where you can just have a great time with friends, and even enjoy their kitkat dessert. I personally wouldn't take someone here for an actual dinner meal. Quick tip: Be careful when parking on the street, a lot of car break ins in the area

Truly felt I was racially discriminated for the first time EVER. (1/23/2024 @ 9pm)Took the bartender 15 mins to even acknowledge me and walked pass me at least ten times. I finally got a drink and then my friend arrived and sat next to me. He never acknowledged her. Then 2 white men walk in and sit right next to us and immediately is greeted and orders tooken. Meanwhile, he never said anything to me again or ever greeted my friend. I've never been treated like this. And it was my birthday!! WORSE EXPERIENCE I've ever had at a bar. This isn't a reflection of the place as a whole, but this bartenders behavior in particular was completely unacceptable. I know racism is real but to experience it first hand is another thing. I will never forget this day. My friend left crying. Reminds me of why I always treat people kindly and never discriminate. It does not feel good when the shoe is on the other foot. If you're that bartender and you're reading this, you're totally wrong and karma will come back to you. May be in a different form but you will have your day!

As a first visitor to STL, I thought it would be nice to visit a restaurant with my wife that had a cool view since that’s what this restaurant is known for. However that wasn’t enough compensate the fact that the food wasn’t good, along with the service AT ALL. To start off, getting to the top of the restaurant was a hassle as you have to have the door guy come let you up using a key card, except he was off to the side on his phone with no uniform dressed way too casually, looking as if he wasn’t affiliated with the restaurant in anyway. I had to ask the Hilton staff for help on how do we get up, which then led to grabbing his attention for me. After getting to the top, my wife and I had to wait around for a table to open, as the restaurant only has open seating. We notice that as people were leaving, nobody bothered to wipe down the tables after they left, including ours. As we seat ourselves, the waitress doesn’t bother to say hi or introduce herself off the bat whatsoever, just asks what we can get started with. After she brings us our food, which came out decently quick, she never once checked on us, asking us if we wanted anymore drinks, or asking how everything was going. We would’ve liked to try their dessert but felt like a bother from the start so we grabbed the check and left. Only until after seeing her name on the check, Breahna not only made our first time here terrible but also leaving our last night in the city on a bad note. Highly encourage everyone NOT to come here.
