They served me pork despite clearly mentioning I don’t want it and then the manager showed up saying she does not appreciate this. Totally unprofessional manager. I was about to throw up and I went to the restroom and she was like you stood up and raised your voice. How convenient to hide your below par service and accuse your guests of this. Not recommended at all. I am surprised their servers don’t understand a simple request to not add pork to their entrees

First time visiting. Loved the environment. Seating is 1st come, first served. Great fir meeting up with a group of friends. A tad bit expensive with a smallish menu.

We were a large group of people so we understand that catering to us might take longer. The amount of time it took, however, was unusual. The location was close to empty and a few of us even ordered our drinks at the bar. But most of the group had to wait 20min+ for the drinks to arrive (most had only two ingredients). Once they arrived, they weren't great either. I only tasted chlorine in mine. On top of that it was a humid day and it would have been tolerable with some airflow but there were not fans in sight. It was just an underwhelming experience. Beautiful location! but it couldn't make up for the rest.

Unique place to check out! Great date spot. It can be a little tricky to get to as you have to go into the elevator and go down to the bottom floor, for the employees to give you access to the roof top level where the restaurant is.

My wife and I went out for a date night and had the best time at 360. Really cool atmosphere and vibe. We had Phil as our bartender who was excellent really made the experience fun for us. He was able to make us standard cocktails off the menu as well as a custom cocktail for my wife based off her requests. He was attentive when needed without being in the way. The burger we had was really good as well. If you go to 360 ask for Phil as your bartender 10/10

Came in on a busy day, our server Hailey was outstanding, attentive, friendly and gave us great recommendations.. Salmon chips (slightly spicy) and old fashioned were palatable !

Add this to your list of upscale places to go in Stl! I'm glad they have discovered their balance between music and patrons. They are right where they need to be.

Food and drinks were very good and aligned well with elevated atmosphere. I was impressed by the branding consistency throughout the entire experience.

No complaints with our server. The only thing that was slightly confusing was the cover charge collected by security at the elevator, but no instructions on where we needed to go. It made for a weird experience. The policy should be posted clearly, along with better directions. Was I supposed to even pay? I'll check the site.

Tiki bar review - Tiki Bar Takeover at 360 Westport. For the month of August, you have to check out the tiki takeover. It’s all island vibes and skyline views. The perfect sunset made an appearance while we were there.

We ordered all four Tiki specialty cocktails. The two favorites were the shark drink called Jaws of Fury and the Watermelon Zombie which came in 1/2 of a watermelon.

You know, I only came for the food! And she is #StLouisPescatarianApproved we got the crab wonton tacos, and the crispy cod.

So come, wear your floral T-shirt or dress and perch up top on this golden tower.

We were at 360 Westport this last weekened attending a 50th birthday party and had a great time. The facility is beautiful and our servers, Adrianna and Savannah were FANTASTIC: graceful, welcoming, attentive, and efficient. They are to be congratulated for their exemplary service.

Lord.... I am here on a Friday night... ( the westport location) so my drink had to be remade 3 times... it was a witches brew... all juice... the first drink was really good... my second one i spit it out... it was soooo different... one of them Even had soda in it... then was told it was 2 different bartenders... okay made sense... I still tipped the waitress and gave her a gentle reminder to check on your ppl... I had to ask another waitress for the remake because my waitress hadn't returned after some time... my waitress left early... the night was slow. I come here often normally during the week... the music is always struggling to me when there's a DJ instead of the house music/phone Playlist playing... the DJ in my opinion did not mix well consistently to keep me in flow to actually enjoy the elegance and ambience. It sounded as if he was just trying stuff out along the way while lacking fluidity. Putting club mixes over any and everything, dubbing and adlib inserts unnecessarily... the lack of flow, and mix led to consistent distraction and honestly frustration of needing to reset to maintain the vibe or try to find one.... I did dance to some songs and made the best of it. I dont expect djs to always register the vibe or mix perfectly, however looking up and staring at the speakers like this is really playing right now. Okay... sure... when he put a club mix over bone thugs & harmony crossroads then next played I will survive by Gloria with another club mix dub.... baby that blew me... please dj, invest, study, and practice your craft at home not just when you come to work...
