The food was cooked well and the staff was very pleasant. I ordered a catfish and fries basket and I'm sure it was Swai fish. I eat fish several times a week and know the difference and this was definitely not catfish.
This was my first time coming here. It was recommended to me. The smoked Gouda grits were good. However, I was surprised that the meal I purchased (catfish and grits) only came with one thin filet. For the price and portion (compared to other restaurants I’ve eaten at with a similar entree), I wouldn’t get it again. If it came with two pieces of fish, I would’ve given it four stars.
Placed my order and waited for my named to be called...never happen. After a half hour, they said my order was maybe taken. Then I was ask about what I got and realized my order was also wrong. Well, it was redone and I was ok with that, but my husband wasn't. When I got home to eat dinner I see that the catfish po boy was actually a swai po boy. 😤 I do not like the taste of swai.
